    Well, there is always Carefree Path of Dreams where MC is named Fang Yuan and is rational, coldblooded and does not care about such stuff as family, romance or friends.

    Well thats just a psychopath.
    I actually like FY reasoning for it, that in first life his wife gave him enough of love to last all his lives and he can just do his thing now, I sorta like his u can say loyalty to her.
    I have small hope and wish that end of series when FY goal is met, they meet each other randomly around world/ FY finds her and they marry. Hella unlikely, but can dream rofl

    Far from it. You know how WotMW author bases his novels on already existing works (like WotMW on The Wizard World)? Carefree Path of Dreams is most likely based on Way of the Devil. Besides the name and similarities in term of MC character, those novels have little in common. A huge + is the fact that CPoD is completed novel in terms of both raws and translations (if I remember correctly), unlike RI.
    Anyway, what I can guarantee is that it is quite good.
