i was addicted, like two years ago, but then I just deleted all the apps I used. It kind off surprised me how easy it was to quit though. but that was probably related to the fact that i got addicted to novels, anime and manga in turn. sooooo, not much of an improvement on my part.... (っ- ‸ – ς) *sigh*
I was, about two years ago. Although I didn't really update my personal's social medias, I kept opening them to follow new information. Not sure why, I felt the need to know what my friends do and what's the hottest news back then. The year after that, I completely tired with that kind of life. The fast paced flood of information was too much for me. Add some mental health issues and I completely abandoned social medias and phone. In turn, I read novels and manhwas A LOT. And nowadays I only open NUF occasionally when I'm tired of translating...
Nah, I’ve usually tried keep away apart from NUF and discord, or chatting to people I know and have met before in person. It kinda scared me a few years back, and still does, that whatever stupid thing you say is stuck forever.
The only things I play around on are NUF and Discord, but I can easily live without them since I engage in them purely for leisure and I am not incentivized in the slightest to maintain my online presence on either platform. In other words, I play on the Internet but I don't live on it unlike so many of the degenerates that I know

never~ back then on internet cafe era this cat just use it for playing games~ the closest one maybe youtube for cat videos, random song or education stuff such as documentary of cat, earth history or stuff like that~ rather than social media this cat still trying to out of video games addict, so far so good.... maybe~

Addicted? No, but I do go on social media when I want to pick a fight. Generally I avoid Facebook, Twitter, outside of that. I have an aversion to being an unpaid content creator(posting comments on YouTube, life on Facebook, pics on Instagram) unless I'm paid through the enjoyment of other people's tears.
