You'd have a hard time using the forums to check for updates

 

I'm too lazy to use NU to check for updates, LCD bumps are almost always new chapters, so I usually use them for that.

 

How is it hard to make a reading list and checking that?

 

I already have a reading list... Checking NU is the bothersome part, chapter updates don't give NUF alerts.

 

I usually mark the latest chapter i read on the reading list. Check like probably every few hours or so to see if theres an unread chapter. Dunno why its so hard or bothersome for you just because there no alert system.

Using the nu forum alert system is probably the worst alert system to count on for new chapters.
