Name: 在修仙界玩网游 在 (At / In) 修 (Cultivate) 仙 () 界 (World) 玩 (Play) 网游 (Online Game) Raw Link: http://www.uukanshu.net/b/46204/ NU Link: Not Found Why It Should Get Picked Up: VR MMO Genre but with unusual Real Life. Description: Because its original description sounds just like this, but is a completely different thing, I will put a summary for it here: MC is transported into a Xianxia world into the body of someone with a same name. Literally no Otherworlder-cheat at all. In fact, MC's new body is crippled and can't cultivate. MC is not a cliché CN Homicidal Maniac. He just wanted to live a peaceful life with those he cared for. Unique: There is a VR MMO that everyone can play. The game automatically starts every midnight, lasting 1 minute in RL but days in game. The game's setting is a typical Western Fantasy Sword & Magic. In game's Level is reflected to real life as Cultivation level. In game's money / technique / skills / etc... can be traded with real world and vice versa. Due to how easy one can gain levels and get power techniques / skills from the game (easy compared to real world), the cultivators put all of their money and effort in the game. MC lived 2 lives in secret: A labor in RL and a top-ranker in game.
So someone transported into a cultivation world as trash becomes a pro gamer in a VRMMO for cultivators. So he does this even though his game level cannot benefit his real life body?
The title should be: playing online games in a world of cultivation and 仙 means immortal not deity. That's 神/神仙
He can't cultivate but he used an in game's technique to genetically modified his real life body to accommodate his in game power. Yeah, Semi Sci-fi. Don't even get me started on how 神婴 is some electromagnetic BS.
English is not my native language, so I used "deity" wrongly. Still, I hate using the word "Immortal" because it sounds more like an adjective than a noun; and there is no corresponding word for 仙 in English.
Looks interesting and I hope it gets translated though if I have to guess it works similar to "Commanding Wind and Cloud"
From the description, I don't see anything similar. Also, this novel doesn't really have "Game Element" tag. No, there isn't any system in real life.
The MC avoided trope-trouble in RL so no Arrogant Young Master, but got annoyed a lot by such in game.
