Automatic alerts

Anyway for the site to automatically alert me everytime there's an update to http://www.novelupdates.com/?

For Gmail, there's an Chrome extension that alerts me everytime I get a new email, without checking gmail.com every hour. Anything similar for this?

well not that I know of but maybe there is something that sends emails to your gmail when a chapter of the novel you subscribed to updates and you can use that in combination with the chrome extension

There are several ways of doing this, primarily using the RSS feeds from the reading list.
1. Use IFTTT in combination with Pushbullet; I created a recipe for this https://ifttt.com/recipes/393355-notify-pushbullet (change the feed url to yor personal reading list) (You can also let IFTTT send you emails, or some other form of notif)
2. Use a RSS feed reader like RSS reader live on windows

that's right~ rather than being bombarded with lots of alerts/notifications i'd prefer follow the translator's website~

I got it. Google Chrome Extension: "RSS Feed Reader."
I get a popup everytime there's a new update in my reading list.
