It has been many moons since I watched that animation in the TV. In my memories it is like yesterday, when Aan mastered all four elements. It had a perfect ending. Afterwards I lost interested in the sequel. There was no baldie Aan anymore! DX Did I miss something good? Or was the sequel not that good anyway?
Imo opinion it was. Too much drama. And I think the ending was nice but stupid at the same time. Btw it has yuri at the end.
The yuri was kind of foreshadow mid way series. It ended with Korra and her friend Asami walking hand in hand through a portal into the spirit world after agreeing to go on a vacation together—”just the two of us.” That is the only yuri scene
I thought that this thread was talking about NUFfer's avatar. Especially the legendary meatbun panda @Westeller
Shouldn't this be in Tv Discussion? o.0 Anyways, regarding Legend of Korra, I thought it was pretty good. It deals with a lot of mature themes, and tries to do so in a more complex way. It failed pretty hard in the first season (the romance ... ), but I feel like it improved afterwards, the romance was toned down and put on the back burner, so the subsequent seasons were better imo (especially the last two seasons).
Aang* The Last Airbender was based on story and how Aang interacted with people. More "set in stone" reality kinda thing. Legend of Korra was: -We have one bad guy -lets just make him badass with no character -Give Korra the Avatar State? K, sounds good, theres no need for too much character development.
