Despite ML's actions, I feel sorry for him as he feels pain when someone else other than MC tries to guide him.

Ooh, thanks! will the ex really appear again? I hope he regrets his decision! I checked some manga raws and saw there’ll be a class A guide with around 60% match rate with ML. Seems like MCs superior will tell him to let ML try this new person? ML defied orders? He is quite manipulative with Mc. when will MC fall in love? And accept the imprint? Any other thing happens to block their “love path”? Rivals?
Spoiler Ex appears and wants to have MC as his guide while also having his wife. ML beats him up and later fucks him over and his career. The reason he didn't kill him is bcs just Ex appearing caused his own favorability to rise. ML didn't want to go along with the A guide but MC pressed him the A guide couldn't handle him at all. A guide was terrified of ML but bcs of her dad and guide chief and other shit she can't resign. MC comes up with a plan to break the contract while ML just wanted to kill guide chief. ML decided to use this plus the EX plan ( some experiment) to force MC to engrave with him. He basically faked a runaway during the experiment which turned into a real runaway and got MC to agree to engrave with him ( it take months) and then use the failed experiment to have EX take all the blame. Chief Guide also got fucked over from this. She the A guide ended up getting interested in MC near the end. ML is very manipulative while MC is aware that ML is partly acting to appeal to him he has no clue on the real extend of the acting and shit ML does behind the scenes etc. I don't think there was a particular moment for MC to fall in love it was a gradual thing. Even if MC accepted to engrave/imprint with ML they had difficulty engraving. The main block to their "love path" is basically the guide chief and MC insecurities. "Rivals" not really there quite a few people interested in MC but he doesn't even notice them. There was a normal person who got interested in ML and MC got jealous so he gave ML a ring to claim onwership.
Thanks for the spoilers! Wow, MCs ex is so shameless, he probably never thought MC would stop being his guide. Does his wife even know about it? He tried to force MC before ML sealed with him? MC seemed to have kind of a PTSD after his ex betrayal. And ML is so manipulative… Creeps me out a little. He killed two birds by convincing Mc to engraving and screwing MCs ex up at the same time. the story is quite simple and direct, shorter than I imagined.

? He didn't have sex with anyone else after he met MC. It's unknown if he had any relationships before he met MC. He lied to MC about not having any friends tho.
