A man in his 30's or something, pretty much unkept, goes to a elementary-middle-high school reunion after not seeing anyone for a long time. He is pretty much the most poor of them all, and his long time crush was a really good actor. And so, I think through a pool goes back in time to his time in elementary-middle school.

The series is pretty much this guy having a bit more wisdom than everyone else(Though he pretty much acts his physical age if a bit perverted), tries to help people or at least his crush with her problems, always ends up with a crushed dick saying elementary-middle school kids are terrifying.

The art was pretty good.

Tidbits that I remember--
There was a kid that ends up as a cop or senator, or whatever it's called in japan.
There is the Actor that has short hair.
A shy kid with a wealthy family that hugged Mc and said she would take care of the child.
