Srsly i can't actually compare Slave Harem in the Labyrinth of the Other World to this guy in the manga(since they are literally the same) Isekai Meikyuu de Harem o Chapter 5.2 Spoiler in the novel he was a complete wimp, scared shitless by anything then suddenly in the manga he's ruthless and badass? wtf? or maybe its different a novel?
well if i was a manga artist and loved a certain novel and wanted to make an even better manga version of it i would exactly do that
It sounds like the sort of difference you expect between WN and LN but the NU page does not say it is the WN.
I dropped this novel around chapter +-70 because its so uneventful don't see any development in plot at all he go to dungeon get stronger and sleep with girls and repeat. will it get better plotwise?
Change your link, since *bla bla bla* forum rules. ^ This. The Author might be thinking that the WN MC didn't meet his expectation, so in the LN he made him more Baddass? Cause we don't know about the LN version, so we don't have any detail really.
No, this is what they mean by slow life. No overarching goals. The only interesting part is the item making and that doesn't happen often enough. It might be great for manga since the plot can be condensed to 4 volumes. Although at the speed it might be 6 volumes with heavy cheese cakes to be had. They should partner up with a h magazine which will feature artists who draw very similar characters after each fan service chapters. Guaranteed sales.
I don't read a lot of manga but I would have to say this one does seem like an improvement with how the MC is presented compared to the WN. I'm generally a fan of game elements in stories (mostly not taking place in VR) and the MC having some tangible, or measurable accumulation of knowledge, skills and abilities. I may have to read this further, but from the beginning and see how else it may have changed. Even if a story is not the best compared to some I have read, I try to stick with it if I have already invested some time reading it. I try to see a story through to the end and judge it on its entire content, however I admit some of them make that difficult with manner of progression or lack thereof...
Not really, Villager reincarnation - Strongest Slow Life introduce many characters and small events. Takarakuji something and Seiun wo Kakeru are also eventful. It doesn't really need to have an over reaching goal to be eventful and interesting novel.
