Same~ I have 2 towels, and they get washed every week.

Everyone has different towels in my family and there's a separate shared towel for wiping your hands.

My family doesn't use mine wrongly~

I have 2 as well... And generally, no one's allowed to use my towels...

I'd be pretty mad if they did.

I keep 2 towels by the sink, one for hands and the other for face washing in the morning.
For bath time, 2 towels, one for hair drying.
The regular towels get washed every 3 days and the hair one once a week since I only wash my hair every other day.

For acne, it's also important to wash/change your pillow cover frequently too!

Here we shower both morning and evening every day. everyone does that here.
In the case of the Japanese, I find it weird that they don't shower in the morning. I mean isn't it just bad to go to work and school without a shower. Well, I think it's because of their weather. Here average temp is 28° to 32° C (82° to 90° F).

Well, that depends upon the place to place. since we get good rain here and have well in each home, we can use water freely.

    go figure how that happened.

Anyways, I have a few bath towels (live alone), but I have other towels too. hand towel, face towel, feet, etc. And yea, washing every day is honestly kinda weird. You shouldn't be unclean when you step out of the shower anyways unless you're not cleaning yourself properly. You just need to wash every once in awhile in case the water residue becomes home to some fungal growth or something, but then again I don't live in a humid place, I live in the desert.

Exactlyyy you should be clean when you get out of the shower so it’s just a waste of water to wash towels every single time you use them

I have around 5 towels I use in rotation~ :aww: I don't use towels for my hair though, I usually use a shirt of some kind to wrap it up instead of a towel. :blobuwu:

They use YOUR towel? What the heck? Tell them to use their own towels. It's not expensive. A large indian cotton towel can go as low as USD6. In the first place, do you not keep your towels in your room? How do they get the opportunity to grab your towels? That's like sharing your toothbrush with the whole family, it's disgusting.

Two towels. A thin cotton one for my hair and a thicker, bigger one for the body. Everyone else in my family follow suit. It is an unspoken rule to not touch another's towel, unless it is to dry your hand or something.

I use one towel only, lol. I either let my face dry by itself or using facec tissues. Also, for hair, most of the times I let it dry naturally. But of course sometimes I use my towel too, but the one that is also used for my body. They are similar, in my opinion.

The towels in my house are in different colors so we could know which one is ours which one isn't. Ofc, there are also accidents, but not that many.
