watching this trailer makes me miss the simplicity of BF1942. If EA werent such shitballs, if they remastered 1942 (but otherwise kept it as it was with both MP and SP with bots) and released it free to play for everybody (with no lootboxes or other shit) it would go some way to making them slightly less shitballs than they currently are. Unfortunately, they are mega shitballs so it's just a pipe dream QQ
They didn't emphasis enough on the alternative stance and was too interested in flag waving, if they clung to it and no other then it might be more acceptable. EA has the cash from Hollywood accounting to create a new IP. A new alternative history strategy game an eye for writers. Then they use the stats from those games to create the next chapter for which side is winning much like Games Workshops had with their world campaigns before they railroaded the results in recent decade to fit the narrative they wanted. Then they can create the alternative history fps shooter they wanted. But this is EA.
Why is ww2 is always about Americans and Germans?! Why can't they make a ww2 game with other countries if they care so much about diversity? Like MINE?!
