There is a virus on rebirth.online website. Be careful for now and do not attempt to enter the site for the time being. Someone seems to have introduced a HEUR:Trojan.Script.Generic to the object at this time. It needs to be removed before you can safely navigate to this site.
Hello, We are currently looking into what's causing the issue. Hopefully there will be an update from our Webmaster soon! According to him this should be a false alarm, but please stay safe just in case. I will inform you if there are any news regarding the matter! Thanks for the note! Best Regards, Zhaernon, Rebirth.Online Manager
Apparently, our Webmaster already found what might be causing the problem, could you check again, or at least tell me what sort of program did you use in order to scan the site, so that we could do that ourselves? Thanks! EDIT: I was a bit hasty there. He's still looking into the issue, and he have found the something that might have been causing the issue, sorry for the confusion!
Probably nothing, since it seems like a false alarm? Anyway, just run your own flavor of antivirus if you're worried.
@Westeller I don't have antivirus on my phone orz @Shigune88 so if I accesses it with adblock on, it should be fine, right?
Well websites cant directly affect your PC anyway. Unless you download a extension or download a file from it. So as long this does not happen there isn't really a issue of it occurring. Also if you were on your phone there's really no issue.
So download one? They make antivirus apps for mobile these days.. Although unless said virus is specifically targetted at a mobile device, and your specific mobile device's OS on top of that... it probably isn't something that could possibly effect you? If you're browsing on mobile, you can just pretend you have Virus Resistance Lv. MAX.
Usually you need to click something to get trojan. If you see a suspicious pop up giving you options, just dont even click cancel. Ctrl alt del and kill your browser. As for phones, they would have a harder time to infect you, so phone users should be fine.
I second what @justmehere have said, as long as you make sure to act reasonably safe, there should be no problems. Also, apparently the problem was being caused by a new ad option we were trying out, but as we couldn't tell which one was it, we have removed them all for now. The issue shouldn't occur from now on. If only @cynzfirefly could tell me what program was used in order to check for that issue, we would be able to check them one by one in a sandbox in order to make sure it doesn't happen in the future. Sorry for that and thanks for your understanding!
