So, everyone, how do you deal with your bed hair!? >.< Like... Tbh, my hair looked horrible for pretty much all my life, so like... Bed hair never felt like a big deal to me because my hair was always super ugly either way. But I've been learning how to properly take care of my hair these days, and I'm starting to see some noticeable improvement... And because of that I'm also starting to get bothered by my bed hair... It's really so annoying to see some parts being super messy after I wake up! >.< I thought about combing it after waking up, but I'm afraid it's totally gonna make my hair break 10000x if I do. I never tried combing it without first applying some products on it. So uhn... Any tips? I honestly didn't really google anything about taking care of bed hair, so I'm totally lost on that matter~ PS: My hair is naturally wavy and super dry (not as dry now that I am learning how to take care of it, but still pretty dry alright), it also gets tangled really easily.
Google never gave me any decent answers either. I just use a brush and warm water until it looks manageable.
Mines wavy too. To deal with bed hair I usually wet it a bit of water and gently work out the knots. Then I apply some moisturising oil and brush it slightly it till it looks nice.
I'm often having a pretty horrible bed hair. Last week i had to completely change the way i usually have my hair like because it was such a mess and i had to go to school immediately xD That's how i deal with it xD If i can't do something about it in the morning then i just change it and go with whatever looks the best =)) My hair isn't even that big
For me, it worked out quite naturally: Didn't take care of my hair Now I don't lose my hair over hair troubles
Sad to hear that google never gave anything! >.< Doesn't getting it wet make it break more easily though!? >.< Maybe I should try looking for some oils for that... Though the word will definitely be different in my native language and I'll need to try looking for it... >.> *hugs* Glad you were able to find a solution! ^^)/ Tbh, that's what I did for most of my life. I only started trying to take care of my hair since like... 2018 or something.
Don't get your hair wet. Dip the brush or comb in warm water and use it. That's as long as my hair.....
My hair’s wavy too. But it’s short, so I just brush it once or twice? I have a few cowlicks that have been acting unruly recently, and I just try not to let it bother me. Even when it was longer, conditioner works wonders.
If you shower in the morning your bed hair disappears. But if you don’t have time for a full shower you can do what I sometimes do. Get a mister/spray bottle of water. Spray the offending section of hair until you can brush it into submission. The reason for the water is not because of possible breakage, but because of ‘resetting’ your hair’s wave/curl. Without the water it is much harder to get the bedhead curls/waves to switch to something more presentable.
Eh, who cares about my hair if I'm not going anywhere, And we usually take a bath before going out so bed hair in particular was never a problem
Oooooooh, thanks! *hugs* Trying to not let it bother me is what I usually do... >.> I see I see, thanks~ I usually shower in the night instead~
I feel so damn Se~xy after waking up to my totally disheveled hair, I mean it is tangled in the most unbelievably beautiful ways
Oh! I make sure to wait until it dries before sleeping~ Unless I took a shower super duper late, in those cases it can't be helped... But I try~ Glad you're lucky like that! xD I take 1h to shower usually... >.> Showering twice isn't very feasible to me... >.>
hair style~ make your pony hmm across upper part? the style which show your forehead~ quite helpful after wash your face then put some water to your hair like giving moisturizer~ comb da tangled hair with ye hand that for short fix~ dry hair type eh~ hmmm combing + moisturizer, you may try aloe vera or coconut oil~
