    God of Cookery or God of Gamblers. They're old movies from Hong Kong, so unfortunately they'll be in Chinese. That said, because they're from Hong Kong before the UK to China handover, you can find them with English subtitles.

    Origin: Swedish movie, adapted from a popular book.
    Original Title/Real Title/Title In Country of Origin: Hundraåringen som klev ut ur fönstret och försvann.

    Don't know if the movie would fit your criteria but it's a good one. There is a sequel but that 100% has the sex jokes you are talking about so you don't have to watch it(I haven't watched the sequel).

    Superhero Movie

    Most likely. I laughed from start to finish. I liked it very much. I liked Scary Movie too, but it didn't make me laugh as much as Superhero Movie.
