I really like Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka? but there's no romance. In terms of romance, Observation Record of a Self-proclaimed Villainess’ Fiance is my favorite, but there are only two reincarnated individuals. I imagine you wanted like a class full of reincarnated people or something when you asked for this? Also, Kyuuketsu Hime wa Barairo no Yume o Miru is something that I like very much too. Although the tags say it has romance, so far...nothing. Maybe the ML will make his appearance later in the story...or maybe some existing character will develop as a love interest? Whatever the case, so far it's not even treading on the romantic path...and I don't mind even though I'm a huge fan of romance(specially if it's gender bender), cause the story is really fun. Kinda reminds me of Overlord. Check it out, it's really worth a shot. It's about a video game where a guild full of the best players and probably more are incarnated as their characters with all their characters' belongings (into I believe the future of the world of that video game?) The MC had the fastest character in the game which was a beautiful female character that he transmigrates into and she owns a flying castle filled with some of the strongest bosses she captured.
