The thing is the sources are really few. The manhwa is around 20+ only while the novel is from Kakao with their viewer in pics rather than text so harder to mtl (aside from it is paid). So spoilers can only be given in bits via the manhwa instead of the novel
So the blue haired person, Spoiler The MC found him as she was looking for people who would make a good match to go to a ball, as she wants to bring a handsome person as her date in order to ditch the prince and have an excuse to not dance with him, along with subtly insulting him by having him as her date. She found him in a corner dirty, and starving as it's easier to trust someone she picked up herself than paying someone. She was surprised to see that he was so handsome. In the day of the ball she brought him and did as she planned but the prince was being pretty stubborn so she escaped to the maze garden where she meet the heroine, Yuri, for the first time. She hid again as she heard the prince near by. It was there that she noticed that this scene is where the prince and Yuri first meet and he "fell" in love with. Then it cuts back to the blue haired guy running away from something and apologizing to the MC as he brought her trouble which shows the werewolf guy going after him and revealing that the blue haired guy is a werewolf, and show the pictures of the werewolf guy cuts him down.

So, i kinda think the prince doesn't love the main character at all, and he was just having fun with girls while making her mad because he doesn't like her and could get away with anything being the crown prince until she asked for the engagement to be broken. And it's not love that's making him not accept it, it's pride and anger, how dare she be the one to ask for the engagement to be broken while blaming him, she was the one annoying him and she's the one with the terrible reputation, if anyone breaks the engagement and yells at the other, it should be him! That's what i think is going on so far, he just likes the ego boost of a girl going after him and wants to be the one to break it off, also, does the MC ever get revenge on the girl that dropped the ashtray and pretended like she was attacked?
