Ok i read up to chapter 20. My mtl skills isnt great so there will be mistakes and inaccurate information. Spoiler: mc Mc is a medical practitioner (idk a dr? Not sure) Its not that he likes to save ppl but he likes the challenges. Like the ability to bring ppl back from the brink of death. Mc is a medical manic and he would go into dangerous locations to learn and experience more. Mc is gay but can never pursue love because of his dangerous lifestyle. Mc was shot and killed he wakes up as the unfavorable son of the prime minister? (Sorry not really sure about thier relationship. Someone please correct me. But for now im gonna pretends its his dad). The original host 's mother is the unfavorable concubine. Spoiler: ml Ml is still a mystery up till chapter 20. Not much is known about him besides hes very beautiful and frail. Ml looks like he can die at any moment, faints during several events. Ml is a walking medical curiosity. Very peculiar. The girl is refered to as a pincess, not sure if she is or not. Mtl sometimes lie. Her family backing is army general? And emperor father? But not 100% sure. Yeah shes jelly of mc so she always wants to hurt him but always inadvertently hurting ml as well. I think something happened with mc's mom to lose her favor. I really know. It was stated but i cant really understand at.
Ml is very attractive and mc is gay but mc seems to ( sometimes mc cant help but oggle ml. Hes just so hot) only think of ml as a patient. Ml looks like he can die at any moment. Mc takes care of ml a lot in the first 20 chapter as a support/aid/dr. Later mc starts to get jelly and tease ml near chapter 25. But mc never had a relationship so he doesnt really think further than looking/kissing. It seems like mc is pushing ml's buttons silently. I think thats why ml attacks him later.
Her family has both military and political power so it gets to her head. Also, the queen likes her and she was even bestowed a princess title despite how stupid and annoying she is. Yeah. I thought it was suspicious too, but nothing has been revealed yet. But seems like ppl are after mc's life. It seems like the suspect could be everyone/anyone. Mc's family (except the mom), ml's family, and the princess girl hate him. Ppl are also after ml's life too. I am thinking of dropping this. Im at the point were there is a harem. Ml doesnt use them but the girls seem to be like gifts(spys) from the royal family. Mc as ml's spouse has to manage the harem. It's a bit annoying. Also ml has a flower shop(prostitute shop) to gather information and make money. Ml also gives a good shop for mc's medical shop? Ml hopes mc will bring in profit. Since mc didnt come with a dowery and the wedding was exspensive. Mc is pretty happy with the shop location. Mc is on a search to learn about original host's grandpa. Mc gets the info from the flower shop but they refuse to give him anymore info on anything else. Thats all that the info ml allows mc. So original host's grandpa is famous for 2 reasons. The first one i didnt understand. Either it was saving or killing a general. And saving a group of ppl from a plague. Grandpa wasnt sick but somehow died during the time a king (not sure what king or from what kingdom) died. Grandpa's family also dissapeared over night. Ots speculated that either grandpa knew a plague was coming or some other natural disasters and hid his family to save them. This is up to chapter 26. Lol taking the pulse is everything x'D. The physician took the MC's pulse and apparently that's enough to let them know the MC was poisoned. I think from this point, the ML was interested in the MC, and perhaps why he wasn't as against the marriage. He's interested in the anomaly of the MC's body.
I think you got ml and mc mixed up. The dr never checked mc's pulse. Mc checked his own pulse. Thats how he knew he was poisened. Also because mc checked ml's pulse because ml passed out. This is also why the dr came and checked ml's pulse. But no one cared about mc so no one checked his pulse. Only mc took care of himself plus his body heals super fast so he doesnt need to do anything. Up to 25 ml doesnt seem to know about mc's Constitution yet. Ml seems to start to like mc because he seems genuine and flirty.
