To clear the card room, player has to pass to all the card stages from 2 to K of all suits. Also the two joker cards = ss stage ace is the room procter. Ace Spade is the leader and the one who collects all the people into the card game world. Personality = cold silent emotionless type, handsome male adult appearance (mid 20s look) Ace Club is a young teenage boy appearance. Also the cold quiet type Ace Heart is sexy young woman. Ace Diamond is a cute loli D level = newbie level (#2 cards) this has to be soloed C level = can form groups now but need spend 10,000gold per person. (#3 & 4 cards) MC gets hit by a bus and died. A few days before he was playing cards with his family and it had some magical thing happen (but no one saw) Ace spade does not show himself at first (just a voice) gives mc choice 'do you want to risk your life to live or die right away' mc picks live right away ofc. Mc then gets choice to pick which room he wants to start. All the cards are just hanging on a wall and he just needs to pick one up. Mc picks heart 2. 30 minute limit to solve the mystery. There is a dead girl on the bed and mc needs to find her murderer. This stage is limited to the house only. Mc digs arounds for clues, easily figures out that its her husband. Girl was cheating on him with husband 's cousin. Cousin is also her best friends bf. It takes mc 18min. He found 100% of the clues, so he gets a perfect score. Only 1%of people can clear with 100%score, cause they couldnt open girl's cellphone to find the last clue(not necessary to solve mystery, but necessary to get perfect score) cellphone = 5 tries to unlock. Mc tried the only two dates given as clue (also previous pw for safe) - failed mc tried her fingerprint - failed bc she dead over a day, body no longer has any electricity Mc then uses face scanner to unlock, which almost no one would think of, especially as this is beginner stage, no one would be use to touching a dead body or they waste the 5tries random trying dates, or other fingers etc. After clearing the stage, he gets as reward a card that shows the story of what happened.(reward#1 for perfect clear) Turns out husband pretended to leave for work, came back at night to catch them cheating red handed, then killed them both. Staged it so that it would seem like cousin killed girl, then left the house with cousins body stuffed inside his suitcase. Bc he got 100%, he gets a prize drawing. Mc randomly picks a card. Mc has very good luck, he drew "tao yuanming" a super rare S rank card. (these ppl are very known figures in ch history so its expected that the reader knows who they are) tao yuanming was a famous poet, known for writing about a secluded paradise town in a peach blossom forest. Card effect: after summon tym, after 10second he can discover a secluded peach blossom forest in a hidden dimension, mc can hide inside for up to 30min. Can also teleport to the portal entrance at any time. Can use once every 24hrs. Card can be ranked up, higher rank can bring other people inside too. Cannot be seen while it's being summoned or it will fail. As basic reward for clearing the stage, all player gain [1] 100ml bottle perfume(effect: spray on yourself, will capture the attention of all targets in a 30meter radius around you) [2] fruit knife -the murder weapon. Use limit 10 times Mc gets 15min break before he has to start the next stage.
this is gonna get really long.. so I'm gonna try to give short spoilers... Whenever some one breaks a record clear time, it's announced to all players. So mc See's message "Yu hanjiang (ml) set new record for heart 2! Cleared in 13minute!" Mc is pretty much certain this is ml. Next stage: diamond 2. logic puzzles. Need to clear 2 out of 4 puzzles in 15min. There is a reward card for each one they solve. Mc finishes in 58sec setting new record (mc plays alot of puzzle /escape room games, so he's very familiar with these stuff) prizes: 1 - 3x3m square (think sudoku square). Can be used 9 times. Will freeze whoever is hit by square for 9 sec. Rarity = C 2. Equal sign. Any damage done to you can be also inflicted on whoever is selected. Use 2tines. Rarity =B 3. Origami paper. Can be folded into any shape and it will turn into the real object. Use: once. Rarity A 4. 4 pointer Arrows. Arrow stickers that can be placed anywhere and has 7 different colors. Use: unlimited. Mc is familiar with hospitals, so he finds blood samples easily after. Zombie boy is locked up in first floor, tries to trick mc by saying he's spade ace, mc doesn't beleive him, and gets to roof. There is a helicopter waiting for him. Ace spade is flying the helicopter. This is the first time mc sees ace spade, but he recognizes his voice. Btw, the protecers can have Multiple clones of themselves to take care of All the players. Takes mc on a short flight back to his personal space. Along the way mc sees other players fighting with zombies in different pocket dimensions. On the way, mc see" congrats yu hanjian set a new clear record 15 minutes!" Mc: ".....how?? Did you bulldoze your way through???" Mc's score = Clear time: 50min. Rank : A. Stage Clear prize: zombie virus -after letting it out into the air , any living thing (including yourself) within 100meter radius will turn into zombie. Agility will decrease 80%, attack power will double. Unless head is cut off, you can regrow other body parts. This novel is ongoing, still being updated almost daily. It's pretty awesome! The mysteries are extremely well-thought and there is actual suspense. It's not petty/ unimaginable tricks like in Conan, but requires dreg work. Spoiler: Basic World MC and ML meet in the Clubs room. They recognise each other despite wearing masks from their eyes lmao. After the somewhat-changed poker game, one of the participants even remarks - Oh, so you both know each other, that's why you kept looking into one anothers' eyes After the Poker game, MC buys a contract to team up with ML. After clearing C-level, they can go to stay in either Sun City or Moon City. This is the TRUE trap of the Card World. The cities are extremely beautiful, with both players as well as originals. Plus it's EXTREMELY cheap. Like buying an uber-luxurious villa with ALL amenities for something like 500k. Plus, it's very clean, u can have a 9-to-5 job. You don't have to constantly jump from one card room to another. You can choose not to jump into the card room at all. Instead, every weekend, a surprise Instance pulls you in. If u survive that, u r set for the entire week. The thing is, there are millions who have chosen to settle down in the two cities for reasons like they r either too afraid to challenge the upper levels, too comfortable in their current zone and have dismissed the real world from their minds. So MC and ML are super scared of this place even though it's safe and so peaceful, cause it can make you WANT to stay. So MC's team makes a promise that no matter what happens, how it happens, how scared they are, their common goal is to go home. That is the last rule in MC's contract book - Striving to go back home. MC's team- MC - Into forensic science, super duper intelligent and extremely good in puzzles ML - Police, extremely strong, observant and good at making correct deductions Shao-something - MC recognises him as an upcoming businessman known as godfather or something of stock market. In the team, he is responsible for making money. That's it. Teen music-student - HAS SURVIVED THE NIGHTMARE ROOM WITH HIS MORALS INTACT. He is such a cute little bunbun. Very precious, very moralistic. He has CC type cards mostly to do with musical instruments. Others, I don't remember much except one was a dance teacher (her card can twin her up with something else like in one case she uses it to become a shark), one they met only after going to Moon City (he is very good in getting information + very experienced in general in surprise instances), a couple - one can jump enormous heights and another can become anything in his surroundings (he can become water in an ocean etc). This novel is so good. Even thought MC and ML are protagonists, the other members have critical roles without which MC and ML cannot do shit.
Shao-something = Shao Qing Ge CEO of a stock/finance company he created. Super good at playing cards/gambling. He's also the one who said that remark about MC/ML staring in each other's eyes in the club lvl 2 room. Music student=Ye Qi. First meet him in spades lvl 3 room. Dance teacher= Qu Wan Yue. Jumping really high card = card that makes user jump like Chinese zombie, each jump travels 8 meters Dance teacher fiancee (gym trainer I think)= Long Sen. Has the chameleon card, turns user into whatever the surroundings are (so ex above, if you use in water, you basically become water) They end up making a copy of both cards in club lvl4 room so they both have the zombie jump and chameleon card. Girl with shapeshifting card= Liu Qiao. Shapeshifting card is user can turn into anyone you see within the last 30 minutes. The shark scene is from the team's first weekend trial after they get to Moon city. They are stranded in the ocean and attacked by sharks. She wanted to test if she could turn into animals or if it was limited to only humans. The other card she uses alot is flying card, enables user to fly for 3 sec. Must land on something after 3 seconds if you don't want to fall from sky. Can use again immediately after landing) (Shark scene was funny. MC: after you turn into shark, stick you head out of the water and wave your tail. LQ: follows instructions and smiles at team Team: ....... *This looks very creepy* LQ: uses flying card to "dance" on water (to test if she can use it while transformed) Other trial takers: OMFG THAT SHARK CAN FLY AHHHH) Meet these 3 in spades lvl 4 room. Guy they meet in Moon city= Mo Xue Min. He's been here for about 3 months so has alot of helpful info for newbies who just finish the beginner trails and arrive at Moon city. Similar to those city tour guides that are at famous tourist spots, where you pay them to bring you around etc. His team was wiped out at the prev weekend trail so MC/ML invite him to join theirs since he knows alota info they don't and he's good at mazes (more technically, good at special awareness since he's a interior designer/architect (?)). Mazes will be common feature of Diamond rooms later on and no one currently is for at that on their team yet. He also scores As on all 4 room types meaning he's one of those all rounder good but not great at everything types.
Club 2 room = Gambling room Everyone gets forced to change into suit and silver mask by Club A. Partially because he doesn't like looking at everyone wearing colorful clothes, and partially to help newbies hide their face so is harder for other players to tell if they have good or bad hand). Club A gives everyone 10k gold coins when they enter room. 10 coins, each one with 1k. 7 rounds, 7 players (in their turn order): MC,female college student (Liu Qiao's older sis), ML, curvy girl, Shao Qing Ge, middle age dude, tall girl Game rules similar to blackjack. Players need to collect cards to total 10.5. Jack, Queen,King = 0.5 points, the other cards=theirs numbers. Dealer goes around 5 times so everyone has 5 cards. Five type of hands: Heavenly king= equals exactly 10.5 points Five people = every card in hand is a person card (all jack, queen, king) Small five =total is less than 10.5 points 10.5 =number of cards in hand is less than 5 but exactly equals 10.5 points Regular card= total is more than 10.5 points At start of game, everyone forced to put down 1k gold and dealed a card. Then dealer goes around ask if player wants a card (can answer yes or no). Then they can fold or continue playing, need add min 1k gold to continue playing. Players must match whatever amount prev person bid. Can only fold 5 times during the 7 games. If player loses all their money, get thrown into nightmare room. Everyone also got this magic bead that can raise their luck level to get better cards for 1 game. MC sees ML's eyes when everyone is sitting down at table having rules explained and*just knows* this is ML even though they are both masked. Game 1: Shao Qing Ge goes "All In" on his first turn and bluffs everyone else into folding. He wins this round. Game 2: ML and middle age man both use the luck bead this round. MC looks at ML and*just knows* that he used the lucky bead this round (cuz he looks extra determined or smthing), and thinks I'm not going to fight with him for this round and folds. ML wins, middle age man loses all his money, gets tossed to nightmare room. Game 3: Curvy girl upset that this game is entirely based on "luck", yells at Club A that it's not fair. To which he replies: Do you really think ML won solely because of luck? Curvy girl uses lucky bead, goes All In. Everyone folds except college student, college student wins. Curvy girls makes more snarky comments, gets tossed into nightmare room. Game 4: Tall girl goes All In, everyone let's her win. Game 5: MC uses his lucky bead, everyone else folds except Shao Qing Ge who follows. SQG gets 5 people cards. MC gets 1234K all clover suites and wins. Game 6: Shao Qing Ge wins by default of being last player in that round and everyone else folding due to having cards above 10.5 points. Game 7: MC back to being first player. He had no more chances to fold. So he puts 1k in and chooses to not take a card. Everyone follows his lead, SQG folds. Game ends since everyone didn't take a card. Turns out they all got Aces =tie=dealer takes the money. Secret to this room/ the lucky beads= psychological battle testing players mental fortitude. Club A controlling the cards - if you panic, he gives you losing cards. If you don't panic, he gives you winning cards. Prize = keep the gold you have left after game Gold is the only currency of this card world. After passing all level 2 rooms, they'll start to feel hunger, fatigue, etc and will need gold to buy food, clothes, etc during the trail rooms. ML /MC finally meet each other, buy contact book for 10k that lets them go through all rooms as a team. Beginner contract book can only have 2 person team. Middle contract book can have up to 5ppl team. Advance contract book can have between 8-15 ppl team. MC/Ml decide to go Heart room lvl 3 next. This was so long to write
Heart lvl 3 room = high school murder case MC/ML need to stay at this school for a week and solve this girl's murder. Cannot be caught by school security of they will automatically fail. Can interact with other npcs (students, teachers, etc). MC/ML pretend to be teachers at school, there's 300+teachers so no one questions them as it's impossible for anyone to knows every teacher at school. System introduction of setting: This is a school that has been cursed. The maple forest is so red because they've absorbed blood from so much people. System also automatically gives them a invisibility cloak card that can be used for 30min each day. First day is Sunday, basically free day for them to explore school and get used to environment. They can only be in the school so spend night sleeping on the stairs or some random corner. Day 2 starts with students and teachers arriving. MC/ML watching gates bc whoever is important character will have a scene/named. Important chars: Girl who is murdered = Ying Xiao Ya Class president= Xie Xing He Ying Xiao Ya's male cousin= Shu Hui Ying Xiao Ya's female friend = Yi Ru English teacher= Zhang Qing YXY arrives late to school , gets points deducted for being late, and misses exam for her first class (English). English teacher scolds her, then later on punishes her to go stand in back of classroom when she can't translate a sentence to English.Later on other teachers throughout the day yells at her in front of whole class bc her grades dropped from middle average to the lowest score. During gym class, cousin+class pres get into fight while playing basketball. YXY and friend leave to go back to classroom. Bc of the boys fight, mc and ml don't notice the 2 girls sneaking away. Then they hear friend screaming and run to scene where it looks like YXY suicides by jumped off roof of the school. Police comes, MC hangs around in invisibility cloak to get info and examine corpse along with forensics. He concludes she was poisoned before dying. Meanwhile ML goes back to roof and classroom to examine scene and look for clues while everyone's occupied. Roof only has one set of footprints, but stomped around messily everywhere, ML thinks it's possible someone wear same shoe size as YXY to make it look like suicide.ML finds suicide letter on YXY desk apologizing to parents. Other important clues: Book of "count of Monte Cristo" in class pres bag - MC/ML guess this case is related to revenge Love letter in YXY bag by unknown sender Box of choco cousin shares with YXY - someone put poison into the choco, which she ate Police interview with friend = Today is YXY 18th birthday, friend wanted to give her present. Once they got to classroom, YXY said she was hungry and asked friend to buy her food from cafeteria. When she came back, she saw YXY's dead body. MC/ML decide she not killer as she won't have enough time to push YXY off roof, run to cafeteria, then run back and pretend to find body without being outta breath. Interview with cousin= everyone learns he is YXY's cousin. Her parents both work overseas so she lives with his family. Teachers and other students had thought they were dating. Learn she's been acting weird and distracted for a week prior to death, unknown reason. MC/ML decide cousin can't be killer as whoever forged suicide note doesn't know she don't live with parents. MC/ML decide there's actually 2 perpetrators acting separately - 1 who pushed her off roof and 1 who did poisoning. It doesn't make sense for one person to do both, it's overkill. Cute interlude scene of MC/ML buying instant ramen from cafeteria and MC worrying about they won't have enough money. There rumors flying around school about YXY death being a curse, something about ppl who turn18 in school will die. Also something about mysterious disappearances in the past 5 years. MC/ML do more detective work at night through school records, find there was similar case of another girl who suicided by jumping off roof 5 years ago. Basically confirming this is related to revenge for what happened 5yrs ago. Also finds chemical bottle that was used to poison YXY in chemistry lab. Class did experiment using chemical last week, it's supposed to be locked up but evidence that someone broke into cabinet and stole some away. Next day, police comes with news that YXY was poisoned. This is to help other challengers who don't have forensics experience to tell YXY was poisoned. Arrested chemistry teacher who was supposed to have day off yesterday but showed up in school to pick up stuff coincidently during same time frame as YXY death. ML stalks garbage bins before garbage trucks come to take away trash and finds new pair of girl shoes which confirms his theory that someone wore same size shoes ad YXY on rooftop to make it look like suicide. At night, they find French copy of Count of Monte Cristo book locked up in English teacher desk. Suspects she's the killer. Guess that the mysterious disappearances is actually English teacher getting revenge for girl who died 5 years ago. So going back to the creepy system introduction from the beginning, MC/ML guess that missing ppl actually murdered ands buried in maple forest. Next day, police come back with more info linking this case to the one 5 years ago and that there's 2 perps. ML decide class pres was the one who poison YXY to try to warn her she in danger or at least keep her away from school so she not killed. Reexamined love letter, and find that third word of each line put together= telling her to leave school within 3 days and there's cryptic wording about death. This is class pres trying to warn her but she didn't understand message. So he laced choco with non lethal amount of poison to put either her or cousin into hospital (since she would follow cousin to hospital if he got poisoned). They guess he's doing all this to protect YXY without giving away killer. There was a storm the night before so some ppl discover some trees in forest overturned and skeletons buried under. Confirmation that these are the missing people. ML tosses killer's fake shoes he found in trash to random trash can by teacher office so police can find it and investigate. Police arrest class pres, he confesses to poisoning choco but claims it was just bc he wanted to live test chem experiment. More deductions how the 3 missing ppl were lechers, MC/ML hypothesis they ganged up to rape and murder girl 5 years ago. Class pres knows what English teacher did, but doesn't say anything cuz he agrees with her getting revenge. YXY somehow found out truth and killed by teacher to keep secret. But class pres doesn't approve of killing YXY since she innocent so tries to send YXY away, but he wasn't expecting teacher to kill her so fast. System message pops up asking if they wanna solve case of who killed YXY and who poisoned YXY. Their guess is correct. They set new record for using only 3 days and 3 hrs to clear room. They go back to waiting room, Heart A explains there's 2 methods to clearing room. One is follow police investigation for answers = regular clear. Other one is solve case before police =perfect clear (they get more points/reward to pull cards). ML guesses why it typically takes police 7 days to clear case is because killer's fake shoes got taken away by garbage truck. In their case, ML saved the shoes before it was disposed and secretly gave to police so they didn't need to waste several days looking for evidence. Typically the skeletons found in forest occurs on day 5 but because MC/ML found all the evidence so quickly, that scenario was moved up to day 3. Story cards basically like what they hypothesised. English teacher and girl who died 5 years ago are sisters, different last names since parents divorced. Class pres and English teachers are cousins. He found out truth of her murdering 3ppl, confronts her on rooftop. YXY overhears their conversion and had been acting jumpy ever since which makes teacher suspicious. Class pres later becomes police officer. Heart A also tells them about how after a room scenario is complete, the characters basically become “people with free will”. They're basically like residents of the card world and not programmed npcs anymore.
Rest of the rooms really quickly Diamond 3= Basically fill in the missing blank puzzle (a word from line in poem). Room is shaped like the 正character, needs to find the 3 hidden puzzles and solve. There's a hidden 4th puzzle for perfect clear. MC continues to solve in minutes while ML = ???? I'm still reading the questions and you already solved it?! Spade 3 = stock market crashed, survive a week. Going forward, spade rooms are shared with tons of other "players". First day is normal day for ppl to get used to environment. Stock up on food/supplies, find place to stay. Everyone given $10k (I think) to withdraw from ATM to spend. They meet Shao Qing Ge, decide to team up. SQG goes to stock exchange to earn money while they still can before crash. MC/ML find this dorm like place to rent. Go to supermarket to stock up on biscuits, chocolate, and milk with all the other people and some canned foods/ jerky like snacks for “variety”. Apparently these are high energy foods, but just sounds like a very wierd food choice considering its the middle of summer and 1. Your chocolates are going to melt and 2. Does no one refrigerate milk??? And why is everyone stocking up on these same 3 things. Next day, stock market crash news come out, cost for everything gets inflated and is doubled each day. There's secretly this free will NPC group disguising themselves as players to kill them all. This isn't a setting by the Ace proctors, there's alot of “card world residents” that hate the “outsiders”. They're essentially like bounty hunters, where they get$$from this mysterious organization for each outsider they kill. In this room, the dorm area mc/ml rent is working with one of those bounty hunters to steal the players supplies and force then to group up, then mass murder them. On the third day, mc,ml try to capture the mysterious person stealing supplies, he ended up killing his partner and escapes. On the fourth day morning the 3 of them move to stay at this abandoned mall construction site on the outskirts of town cuz city/dorm not safe anymore. They meet Ye Qi, initialy thinks he's been following them/copying what they're doing, but then find out it's actually his second time trying to pass this room so his plans just coincidently is similar to theirs. Take him into their team. Later mc ml go back to dorm, capture supplies theif and dorm owner, take Beck to construction site camp. Also ended up taking all the stolen supplies cuz it was loaded into truck and would be unsafe to leave it out in open and everyone else drugged sleep. Mc gives everyone note to find them at construction site to get back supplies there next day. When everyone gets there they basically join mc/ml group to prepare for day 5. Day 5, there's gonna be jailbreak and criminals creating chaos in town. Leader works with bounty hunter group so knows to lead everyone else to attack the players at the construction site. Since everyone knows about this event in advance thanks to Ye Qi, they setup ambush and wipe out criminal group. They turn everyone into zombies, then mc summons Liu Xidoyuan (the zombie kid boys from spade 2 room) to wipe out the zombies. After this big event, it's pretty much chill until the week is over. They decide to make some money by selling goods to npcs at a lower than inflation price since they can't eat it all and can't take out of room. There's no perfect clear for this room since there's no way to judge what is considered the best way to survive the week, different methods for different ppl.
Club 3 Spoiler: Club 3 2ppl teams. Goal is to get rid of all the cards in your hand first. Whoever goes first puts down a card, everyone else has to put down card of same suit, highest card wins. Ace is biggest, 2 smallest. If you have a card of that suit you must put card down. If you don't have that suit, then you pass. There's walls blocking you from seeing the other ppl, so can't use eye communication or secret signals to indicate to teammate what cards you have. Mc ml OP win. Heart 4 Spoiler: Heart 4 Train murder case x2 Mc ml need to act as train conductors. Timeline is i think 7 days, Train is a sleeper train going from Sun city to Moon city, need clear before train arrives. Case 1, old people tour group, all retirees from same company. Vacation is company sponsored. Man who died is power grabbing pig who drug/raped former CEO daughter to force her marry him so he can take over company, then later murder her when she finds out he having affair. Has issues with all the other retirees too. Killer= prev HR person who felt responsible for bringing him into company and ruining many ppl's lives. Case 2= one guy who is cheating with 7 girls at once and gave one of them AIDS. Initial plan was just to surprise him that they all know he's cheating and beat him up in hotel at Moon city. But girl within aids killed him bc he's one of those assholes who will purposely transmit disease to other people. Perfect clear as usual and they also set new record by clearing like 2-3 days early. Diamond 4 Spoiler: Diamond 4 Mini rooms setup, clear one room to go to next. Room has some objects, starts with some scales. Need to have both sides of scale equal. First one is weight, 2nd is number of character strokes in a word, etc. They get stuck at one room where two ppl need to be ontop of 2 sphere things and body weight on both sides must match. Clear by both laying ontop of each other on both spheres. Spade 4 Spoiler: Spade 4 They're placed outside this blind ppl village, where everyone is born blind. Villagers super unwelcoming of outsiders, if they catch you they'll beat you up and throw you mountains where there's wild animals. At an random time each day, everyone will experience being blind for 3hrs. Need survive a week without being caught, and also find a cateye Jade orb. There's only 7 orbs so only 7 teams can pass. Mc ml meets their other 3 teammates here. All of them get a orb + 7th one goes to mysterious masked guy. Perfect clear = History of everyone being blind= several years ago, group of ppl came to mine rare jade in mountains around village. There one villager girl who's blind. Some boys get drunk and rape/murder her. One of the girls from mining team tries to stop them and is also raped/killed. The 7 orbs are from her bracelet. Village head helped boys cover it up. Two girls mothers find out truth, poison/kill all adults in village, and make kids blind. When kids grow up and have children, poison fetus so babies born blind. At 5th day the 2 mothers who are old ladies by now plan to burn village alive then suicide. All villagers saved by mc ml etc.
Thank you very muchhhhh ahhh! I am quite worried since this novel isnt finished and even has a long way to go! I love the idea of the novel and the development of MC and ML char. It is clear that they started from mutual respect and it heightened from there hehehe. Other characters have great characterization. I love the most about this is that MC ML and all their companions preserved their morals and will choose to help people if they are able. It is very refreshing especially in novels that are survival based.
The story doesn't actually go through all 52 instances lol. After they finish all the level 4, players get to go to the main cities (choice of sun city & Moon city). Then they have a choice of not continuing on and live regular lives there, but there will be a weekly weekend mandatory instance all players have to join (unless they are clearing the normal instances) theses are randomly picked between the four suits, and the difficulty is usually high with a set elimination rate of at least 10%. Also mc can increase his team to high level (max 15 players) as long as half of the team clears a stage, it counts for everyone else. And as long as they each pick up a card at the same time, they can do multiple instances at the same time. 5-7 are medium levels (B). These are just quickly skimmed over and the detailed story continue at their first A rank instance (heart 8) this instance just finished today (haven't read the ch yet)
More plot : Ml has a older cousin (i forgot his name lol) He came into the card room 3yrs (?) Earlier. Cousin was part of super elite group that tried to clear the card room, but the elite group pratically all died at the first S level instance. Club S level = 15ppl have to fight of hundreds of npc killers. Only 4ppl survived and that's bc they survived the punishment round. To the outside, they tell ppl that the whole group died though. Cousin went to become a spy in the npc killer group. The other 3 became leaders of the 3 biggest player guilds. They give ml&mc info to quickly clear the B level stages. A levels change with each person so you can't really give info there, and the plan is for mc group to reach S level, and a new elite group to clear the card room well continue. Mc & co goes to moon city. Right now they have 8ppl in the group Mc, ml, rich dude (shao qing ge) , music kid (ye qi) , chamelon/zombie couple from spade4(long sen & qu wan ), another girl from spade 4 (liu qiao), and middle aged interior designer from moon city( mo xue ming, jack of all trade dude, he got A rank on all levels, and is up to level 8)
So I just read the rewards section of the Hearts 8 because it was 30 chapters long good god and the Diamond 8 Spoiler: Heart 8 The title was Chaos World. They were sent to an ancient chinese world with different identities. I was shookt since they mentioned that they had to stay there for 10 LONG YEARS. EDIT: It misunderstood mtl They actually stayed there for only 17 days where 1 day = 1 hour!!! One of the conspiracy they solved was actually 13 years old and that was why I was so confused. Very sorry!!! I didn't read the whole 30 chapters but in here ML and MC are husband and wife!!!!!!! They had to sleep next to each other and all of that. In the end they were given the choice to still stay for a while (1 years day is one hour to city of the moon time). ML told MC to choose and MC chose to leave because he is afraid he will not be able to control himself with ML But ML actually asked MC since he wanted to still spend some time with his wifey Spoiler: Diamond 8 Ancient China labyrinthe ish setting. It was lantern festival and they need to solve riddles in the lanterns. Guess what, MC breezes through it all. Ye qi solved 50 ish, dance teacher another forty or fifty but MC solved 140 riddles himself Everyone believes he is a god of riddle by now. They got customs clearance (300 riddles in total from 5 different streets) and MC pulled two cards! They just started Spades 8. Doomsday/Zombie apocalypse I think.
?? Um. I think you have some things sortof wrong... But i definitely recommend you read this whole arc. Ml realizes he is in love with mc!! And asks cousin for advicee!! And so, mc and ml are both secretly enjoying their'married life' while tryinf to not lwt the other know their feeling s. They go to ancient China world. Ml is appointed governor (? ) Of a border city (3 countries bordrr = vry important place & lots of fighting) mc is his wife (male disguised as female) they gain memories of people as they meet them (*cough* ml& mc both have memories now of this alternate self meeting & ml wooing mc & the wedding night ) the emporer's 8th uncle lives there (no desire for throne& he helped current emporer fight off his brothers/protect him throne) Mystery to solve: on the 8th uncle bday, his eldest daughter wad killed and disguised as suicide, then they found out the next day her fiance was also killed and body dumped in the pond the whole night. (He was the first suspect) also, during the dinner feast, the dancers tried to assassinate 8uncle. After they solve this mystery, they are given the choice to live our a life here, or finished the instance. Mc picks leave, bc he wants to clear the Card Room faster. Diamond 8, is set in the same world. It's new years(15th day ie. Yuan Xiao, a popular game is to guess riddles written on lanterns. )So to clear you just have to collect as many lanterns as you can, and hang it on a tree. Mc is too op basically,
