Resolved Bl chinese novel where mc turned into a dog

So i remember this novel it went a bit like mc suddenly changed to a dog i dont remember the details very clearly. i think he was a big dog. A samoyed, maybe? Like the ML takes care of him personally and stuff. I remember a part where the ml was jogging in the backyard even though it was raining and the mc was waiting for him and was careful to not get dirty or something. There was also another moment where MC went to act in a movie as a dog. And i asked my sister about it she said she remembers the MC was a little puppy. So maybe im mixing two novels up?
