Spoiler Original Premise: FL (can't remember her name so whatever) is reborn In FL's previous life, she suffered by her half sister's schemes Half sister's schemes included using MC to harass FL, since MC had a crush on FL's fiance FL is reborn and swears to get revenge on everyone who tormented her in her first life She drugs MC with aphrodisiac and leaks photos online of him She probably used her fiance to mess with MC too Also sets up a teacher to seduce MC, drug MC, and leak more photos online of him ML doesn't like MC in either iteration bc MC grows up to be a debaucherous young master type Post-Transmigration MC thinks that FL is unreasonable and just as bad as her half sister because she didn't bother to make sure if MC was really guilty or not MC transmigrates just after FL drugs him with aphrodisiacs at a karaoke bar, but manages to escape her plot by calling ML and having ML pick him up MC tries to improve ML's opinion of him by promising he'll be a better person (includes not associating w FL's fiance)--it works. MC tries to keep up the good impression. FL's fiance invites MC out to dinner, MC is sus bc no way FL's fiance would ever take the initiative to meet with him for no reason, but goes anyways ML finds out that MC met up with FL's fiance and is pissed--thinks that MC fooled him and really has no intention of being a better person forgot what happens here FL has the teacher (Nan Linchen(?), or NL) seduce MC earlier than in the original plot NL has inaccurate info from FL and thinks MC is a debaucherous young master type, but first impression after meeting is that he's quite innocent and cute--laments that FL is plotting against him NL is a real player--shows MC some favor on their first meeting, but overall just treats him normally afterwards to increase MC's feelings for him. Except MC ain't buying any of that garbage, but he's acting like he is. NL starts to actually like MC, but FL threatens him to hurry up with the plan. NL says MC isn't stupid and needs more time. Turns out, NL has had a lot of lovers in the past because of his looks. His father has an illness and the treatment is expensive. FL is paying for the treatment in exchange for him ruining MC. NL confesses his 'love' to MC and says he's resigning because the school doesn't allow teacher-student relationships. MC acts embarrassed and runs. some other stuff happens i guess FL gets impatient and preemptively pulls the treatment for NL's father or something like that, which makes his condition worse. Doctor calls NL to inform him that his dad is doing badly. NL gets pissed, but FL is just like you told me to wait, but no results still. FL hands him a drug (strong aphrodisiac) and tells him to use it on MC and get results. NL is torn because he likes MC, but he also doesn't want his father to die. NL invites MC over, but is still conflicted. MC comes over, with a bag full of other illegal drugs and stuff to frame NL if he needs to. NL eventually decides to drug MC for his father's sake. Really badly tries to convince MC to drink this drugged cup of milk. MC knows the milk is drugged, knocks NL out, plants the illegal drugs to frame NL, and keeps FL's drug. somewhere in between all this, ML finds out about the budding 'romance' b/w MC and NL, and rushes back from wherever to MC. Goes to NL's house and finds MC there and gets angry. After NL drives MC a good distance away, NL proceeds to kiss MC fiercely. MC tries to say they're brothers and this is wrong. ML is like we're not brother so its fine. If you can have a romance with NL, why can't I have a romance with you (or something like that??) MC tricks ML and tosses ML back into the car and locks the car door before running away. NL is pissed and is like "See what I'll do if we meet again!" MC runs into FL and her cronies. He's taken like two drops of FL's drug so she isn't suspicious of MC. FL falls for it, kidnaps him and brings him to a club to get raped. MC escapes from the situation and hides in the bathroom, and calls ML, asking for ML to save him. I think MC either called the cops before he was kidnapped or before calling ML (but he definitely called the cops). ML is still pissed at MC, but quickly forgets it in lieu of being worried because MC really doesn't sound good. Cops and ML arrive. FL and her family quickly get dealt with by ML. FL's fiance breaks the engagement and says he can't marry someone so vicious (?). FL is like they deserve it! but since it's retribution for a previous life, it's hard to explain, esp since in this iteration, MC has done nothing to FL. NL wakes up, gets interrogated by the cops about the drug possession that MC planted in his house. He knows he never bought those drugs, and thinks FL is framing him because he didn't do his job properly. Pissed, he fesses up about FL. ML confronts MC about the entire ordeal and asks if MC was just using him to deal with FL. MC is like yeah FL was after me for some reason, and I can't retaliate on my own, so I relied on your influence to deal with her. ML never trusts MC again because of this, but still loves MC. Basically, MC is never allowed out of ML's sight. MC stays with ML. NL gets a call from his father about being cured? or getting proper treatment? because someone paid for it (surprise surprise, it was MC.) and that NL shouldn't be doing shady things for him. NL feels awful, ofc. Honestly don't remember who dies first, ML or MC, but whatever. MC returns to the star space or something after he dies.
I feel like Mc was more awful for using ML's feelings like he did. You can see ML really start to dote and care for MC after he transmigrated to the world. At the end when MC was dying the ML knew that he wasn't really his little brother and asks who he was until Mc left.
Yeah, they're both awfully sad in this arc... I wonder what happened in Arc 3 that finally made MC fall for ML *hinting for spoilers * Can MC transform into human form during dog arc? Don't tell me it borders into dog chrysanthemum? Someone please spoil me Arc 7
MC was convinced he was someone unfeeling and heartless, but he felt his heart beat for the ML, so he was convinced he fell in love with him and is overjoyed to discover he has feelings after all. It just took him two arcs to strengthen his soul a little. His soul was too weak, but when it grew stronger, it kinda awakened... Originally his body really lacks a heart, it was only his soul trembling when he was close to ML that MC mistook it for a fast heartbeat and emotion. His real heart was actually sealed somewhere else with all his memories before MC went into the rebirth cycle to gain a real body. Before that, he was a puppet created by the current emperor of the righteous immortals back when he was still cultivating in the lower realm. So MC always had to follow his orders, even though he was a rare puppet with a soul. So gaining a real body would let MC escape other people's control and be with ML (who's the strongest Mo cultivator and a general). Well, the whole real world arc is too complicated and about immortals, devils, etc and intrigue and an evil bitch who hated MC because the man she liked (the emperor) liked him *shrug*. But it was a HEA, so there's that. MC wasn't a real dog, but a cultivating dog spirit/demon, so with high enough cultivation he could transform into a human. ML was an emperor with a dragon spirit, so the aura that leaked off him managed to raise MC's cultivation quickly. There were some cringey scenes where you wonder where the ML's lower limit is... but it was only "kissing" where MC would lick his face and lips and ML would get hard. Sigh. Kinda lazy to write a big spoiler for arc 7. The tomb they discovered was an emperor's tomb from ancient time, but it had a formation and it was made by immortals. MC was the only one who was protected inside it and ML for some reason was also accepted. When the both of them entered the emperor's tomb, MC found some relief drawings of himself and his man in his past life (he wasn't really sure what he was looking at at this point, but he recognized his man and put some pieces together). Before reincarnating, he went to this lower world and helped the human emperor unite his lands in exchange for building this tomb. It was an insurance that even if he forgot everything, there'll be this place to remind him. ML and MC got together in this arc and MC spent his life trying figure out the mystery, but couldn't. After he died there, his soul was immediately sucked back into his original world and the last arc starts.
I'll try my best~ Spoiler Arc 2 Goal: Prevent Sect Leader from dying. (Serve the Sect Leader loyally?? Not sure about this one.) Premise: Sect Leader likes this guy he saved (protag), but protag really dislikes Sect Leader's affections. Protag goes out (for a mission?) and meets the male protagonist. They fall in love. Protag steals a sect treasure for male protag, and Sect Leader is angry because of protag's betrayal (falling in love with someone else + stealing the treasure). Protag dies, male protag wants revenge and uses the treasure to reincarnate and kill Sect Leader. Counterattack: MC turns Sect Leader's affections to him (uncoincidentally, Sect Leader is ML) and ends up being a p high ranked sect person. He basically acts as ML's butler for some time. Since ML likes MC and not protag anymore, he's not as hesitant to punish protag when he tries to steal the sect treasure. Male protag suffers because he's the reason why protag betrayed the sect and tried to steal the sect treasure. Instead of loving protag like the first iteration, male protag hates protag. Mission succeeded. Arc 3 Goal: Become the male protag of the world's unreachable love (white moonlight?) Premise: Host loves male protag, but male protag only likes him because his eyes remind him of male protag's first love (protag). Male protag discards host once protag shows up again. Counterattack: MC meets ML while trying to escape male protag's brother's meeting (the drinks are drugged and everyone is eying MC's virginity). Male protag finds out about this, and notices MC's eyes when they're discussing how to deal with the situation. MC tries to emulate protag to seduce male protag, before realizing that he'll never become an unreachable love, so he tries to become the complete opposite of protag. Male protag starts to fall for MC, but is torn because he's nothing like protag. ML and MC make a deal that MC becomes his lover in exchange for protag being given to male protag. Male protag doesn't know of this, but he's very angry when MC comes back looking very obviously... sauced. MC stops going back to male protag's place and stays with ML. Male protag finds MC's "diary" detailing MC's thoughts about male protag obviously using him as a substitute for someone else and how he'll give himself up to ML so male protag can be happy. Male protag is upset and tries to meet MC but ML keeps blocking him. Mission succeeded. Arc 4 Goal:tbh this wasn't that interesting or clear, but something like don't get wrecked by this random girl (FL) you met in a vrmmo Premise: Host harasses FL on a vrmmo bc of an incident, but this snowballs into him getting essentially disowned by his family, since the protag of the world starts dating FL and protag has more influence in the family than host (host is basically a freeloader) Counterattack: MC... puts out a bunch of kill orders on FL and her friends (after getting PK'd by them?). ML drops by and offers to give MC some rare gear (just because he felt like it? he mightve also offered it to FL but w.e). MC accepts the trade, but after taking the trade, PKs ML. ML is like you lil shit and tracks him down IRL. MC opens a small account in the VRMMO and ML stalks him--pretends to be a complete noob and keeps attacking MC. MC's small account eventually gets in contact w protag and they chat. End up becoming good friends and they arrange an IRL meeting. Protag is in love w MC's small account. Since MC's small account is a female, protag assumes that the person he will meet is also a female, and mistakes FL for being MC's small account. FL eventually realizes that protag has made a mistake, but refuses to fess up. FL's friend gets p salty (she liked protag too? idk). FL and friend have an argument and then right after, FL makes out with some other dude who is going abroad. Friend takes photos of it, and sends it the protag. Blah blah everyone relevant goes to an IRL meet up for the game, MC goes with ML, protag goes with FL. Protag confronts FL about the photo of her cheating on him and her excuses aint flying. Protag also finds out that MC is the owner of the small account and FL has been lying to him. Protag is shocked bc he fell in love with his brother, MC. aight i'll continue later
Spoiler Arc 5 Goal: Stop the Empress' schemes and her system, and make sure the Emperor keeps his throne Premise: Empress is transmigrated and has a system which steals spiritual energy from other people. Her mission is to take the Emperor's dragon spiritual energy. Host was a demonic animal who lost his cultivation to the Empress. Host liked the Emperor a lot because Emperor was nice to him. Counterattack: MC is being transported to the Empress, so he makes a break for it and runs to the Emperor so he can escape the Empress and her spirit sucking system. Emperor is the ML and is immediately fond of MC, even though he is usually a cold, domineering person. MC quickly becomes the ML's favored pet dog--even more favored than an imperial concubine or the Empress. ML finds out that MC is a dog with human-like intelligence, but since MC is a dog, he can't express much. Eunuchs be sweatin because ML seems to love his dog too much? Kisses his dog on the mouth like the dog is his lover. Empress tries to drug ML with an aphrodisiac, but MC ends up taking the drug instead and it's like poison for him. MC runs away because opportunity to finally gain a human form. ML is very upset and has Empress locked up. MC comes back as a semi-human (he has his dog ears, which ML uses to identify MC as his lovely dog). MC immediately tells ML the Empress' plans. Empress has escaped. ML's right to the throne is questioned because of a long drought, so they hold a ceremony to summon rain. ML's throne rival gets scorched by lightning, but when ML performs it, success bc of MC. Banquet is held, where Empress aims to get ML and MC's spiritual energy, but MC just eats her system. Mission success. Arc 6 (in this arc, MC doesn't get info on the world. info comes as MC figures it out himself or at the end of arc) Goal: Make the host's foster sibling (protag) fall out of favor with the rest of the family. Premise: Host is an orphan who was adopted by protag's dad after being saved from a shady night club. Host is doted on a lot by protag's dad and brother. Protag doesn't like this--why does everyone like host so much? Especially since host is just an ordinary person, unlike protag. Protag is reborn and wants to change his fate so that host is never meets his family and he can be favored. Counterattack: MC finds himself in the shady night club and quickly makes his escape. Outside the club, he meets ML (instead of protag's father bc protag already manipulated the events to avoid that) and immediately abuses his 'ML will love him even without his memories of MC' status and clings to ML, asking to be saved. ML's bodyguards are so baffled when ML agrees. Zombie apocalypse begins. Despite protag's manipulations, MC still meets with protag's family through ML. Protag panicks hard, esp when he sees MC getting along with his family, and avoids MC all the time until he decides to get MC killed by inviting MC to an amusement park that will break out in zombies. However, at the amusement park, MC reveals some stuff about the host's past and protag starts to feel hesitant about killing MC. Zombie breakout, protag is about to be dragged into a crowd of zombies, but MC saves protag at the cost of his own life. MC falls into the zombie swarm and protag is devastated. ML quickly mobilizes a rescue when he hears about the amusement park b/c he knows MC is there, but its too late when ML arrives. ML decides to jump into the zombie filled park anyways to find MC. Just as ML is about to be eaten, MC, barely holding onto his sanity, notices ML and roars, making other zombies back off. They make out, to everyone else's horror, and the zombies are like kill MC because he's not like us! The two escape but everyone else is scared because MC is a zombie. ML cuts off protag's finger to feed MC for now, since protag is the one who got MC zombified. Protag's family is disappointed in protag bc they realize how can protag be clueless if he knew about the apocalypse before everyone else? Mission success. Introspection happens as MC pieces together the host's goal and thoughts. Arc 7 (labeled Arc 6 in kumquatsjingleheimer's post) Goal: Make the Crown Prince (CP) regret throwing the host away. (and overall not trusting the host) Premise: CP and host were lovers. CP wanted to get the throne but fails and dies. However, he doesn't reincarnate, instead becomes a ghost and sees host cozying up to the new emperor. CP is angry and thinks that host is just a slag who will sleep with whoever is in power. CP doesn't realize host was plotting revenge against the new emperor. CP is reborn, and events go mostly the same, except instead of loving host, he uses the host in his fight for the throne and showers his affections to some other person. Host is killed by CP after he gets the throne. Counterattack: (ngl I don't remember much about this arc, but kumquat already has a nice post summing up what happens) too much text in this post need a new post to continue
Spoiler Arc 8 (labeled Arc 7 in kumquat's post) Goal: Become the General's lover. (MC is like ezpz, because he can tell the General is ML ) Premise: Host admires ML a lot and thinks that as long as ML isn't married, he can keep trying to catch ML's affections. Except ML falls for FL, a transmigrator from modern day who studied archeology. Host dies in an archeology expedition. ML and FL get married, but host is incredibly salty because he didn't get to pursue ML more. Counterattack: N/A MC just abuses the fact that the General is ML to cozy up. He's helped by the host's natural disposition to fanboy over ML. Their first meeting basically goes like ML shows up and the crowd goes wild, but MC goes even wilder and straight up pounces ML and declares his love for ML. Everyone there and watching the livestream is like LOL another fanboy, but then ML accepts and everyone is like W-what the fuck?! The entire arc involves them cozying up to each other while everyone else is in a mixture of WTF and too much dog food.

Agh, it's so long tho... I'll just summarize it simply in chronological order. Spoiler: "short" summary 1. A cultivator in the lower realm makes a puppet using hundred bones of powerful ancestors (dead tho), so he could practice together with it. The puppet accidentally has a soul when it's created. The cultivator and puppet get very strong and the cultivator ascends to the upper realm of fairies, gods, etc and the puppet follows him. The puppet is his property and is controlled by a tool (mtl says compass but whatever). The cultivator is so strong that he becomes the emperor of the upper realm. The puppet is MC, named Hundred Bones or something. There's also a bitch (forgot the name) who is the cultivator's sec sister and loves him and believes they're destined to be a pair. 2. Although the puppet (MC) is very strong, everyone in the upper realm is disgusted with him because he's a puppet. So he wants to become human. The bitch, who's already sensed that the emperor has developed feelings for the puppet, advises MC to seek a magical flower in the demon territory that will let him become human. It's just that that flower held the key if immortality for the demons and is strictly guarded and is their lifeline. Bitch is sending MC to death. MC goes since he can't read humans yet and doesn't suspect anything. 3. The demon guarding the flower is ML - the strongest demon in the realm and the general (the strongest demon doesn't become the demon king, but the god of war to the demons). ML falls for MC's pure eyes and undisguised manner. He offers a precious petal to the MC if MC becomes his. MC flees. 4. There's a meet between the righteous cultivators and the demonic cultivators (not really demons, it's just shorter that way) to discuss peace. ML and MC sneak away to meet and kiss all the time. Bitch is aiding them behind the scenes. Peace talks fall through and war brews. ML says he doesn't mind betraying the demons and clinching a deal and MC also wants to leave with ML, so he comes to the emperor with a suggestion to trade himself to ML in order to have peace. MC still can't read humans, so doesn't realize the emperor's expression is wrong. Next thing he knows, MC is controlled by someone and joins in the war. ML stops anyone from attacking MC, but then MC stabs ML through the heart (ML is aware MC is a puppet and is controlled right now). MC cries and it's the turning point where he loses all trust for humans. He wants to become a real human and no longer be controlled by others. ML is wounded and branded a traitor to demons, but he's not dead and is recuperating (he's stronger than anyone, even the emperor). 5. MC learns that the one who controlled him was the bitch. She wanted to destroy his love because she can' be with the emperor because of MC. Logic. MC also knows that bitch has no way of getting the tool to control him if the emperor didn't let her have it. So he's disgusted with the emperor too. 6. Some sage tells MC he can become human if he reincarnates - losing memory and all. MC doesn't trust anyone and smells a plot here, so he takes precautions. He visits a lower realm world and strikes a deal with the emperor there. MC helps him unite his lands and prosper, while the emperor builds a tomb per his instructions with relief drawings inside picturing MC and ML. So even if MC forgets everything and gets lied to, the truth will be out there and he may eventually discover it. The MC returns and taunts bitch that even if MC dies, the emperor won't look at her and won't ever love her. And if he dies, the emperor will just kill her or something (forgot the details). Bitch goes crazy and stabs the MC, carves his heart out and swallows it. Then taunts the emperor, who's run over, that MC's heart is in her now (magic, guys) and he can't kill her. MC dies and reincarnates in a lower realm. 7. ML learns from rumors that MC is dead and goes insane (bitch started the rumor, so he would know, but she didn't expect the consequences). ML starts killing anyone from the righteous cultivators and became a menace and a nightmare. Finally, 4 elders united and managed to seal him. In fact, MC didn't expect things to go that way. He intended to reincarnate, then find his way back to ML as a human and be together. 8. ML is sealed and depressed, but he's bent on revenge. He starts to farm energy from lower realm worlds - the task giver's souls. ML picked MC from the beginning chapters (reincarnated and no memory MC) to do the missions only because the eyes looked similar and he felt some good will or something. 9. After the first arc, ML feels strange that his copy in the arc world fell for the MC. But in the second arc world it was confirmed that MC is his lover and he changed his attitude very quickly. MC also realizes in the later arcs that ML is the ML's from the arc worlds and learns that ML gathers power and is currently sealed. MC is determined to help ML. 10. After the arc worlds, MC returns to his world and by the emperor's side. The emperor tries to lie to him that they're lovers and starts preparing a wedding. MC doesn't remember anything about his past, but he already loves ML and his soul is disgusted by the emperor. No one tells him anything and MC is worried about ML because their soul link (which they established at some unmentioned point of time, meh) is broken currently. In the end, he probes the bitch who lets it slip about the ML. ML manages to break out of his seal and the soul link is reestablished. ML rushes to the emperor's palace and kills a bunch of people in his way. 11. The emperor in a final struggle takes a knife and the bitch and the bitch screams that he wants to kill her. Not sure what the emperor's plan was... Anyway, the bitch laughs like crazy and stabs herself on the knife, aiming for the heart - it's MC's. ML breaks in at that point. MC is pained at first, but then a protective light surrounds him and he recalls his memories. He says that he won the bet. Not sure if it was explicitly written cause I didn't read all that carefully. Apparently MC set everything up in that way, so when bitch stabs the heart, he'll gain it back, and with it - the sealed memories. He never wanted to completely lose his memories as was the emperor's plan (he used the sage to tell MC the reincarnation method). 12. MC makes emperor promise he'll never love the bitch in front of her face. And the emperor does so after a bit of silence. MC thinks that's revenge enough. Bitch was then confined in the palace forever. Emperor reminisces that back in the lower realm, he discovered his growing feelings for his puppet,but he suppressed them cause he thought they were unsightly. He started cultivating some dao that requires him to be emotionless. Even so, his feelings only grew without him realizing, and he only realized it when the MC wanted to go with the ML. He regrets. MC and ML leave. ML has created another realm for MC where he'll be accepted, since all the other 6 realms can't accept him as he's originally a puppet and a creation. MC doesn't really care for the 7th realm, he's happy as long as he's with ML. Final scene is them cuddling and starting something spicier. But it cuts off there.
