I'm currently reading "The Omega Can’t Pretend to Be a Beta After Accidentally Witnessing the Major General’s Susceptible Period". The MC kinda fits that profile. It's not the best novel ever, but it's not bad either. And it updates frequently which is nice. The MC is definitely not a typical "love and marriage" Omega. Nor the abrasive, "I don't need no alpha" sort either.
‘Have you ever met such a cold author’ definitely has your preferences the ml is a green flag instead of the Red flags I usually see in a novel with anti-social MCs. It does use multiple perspectives during the story, however, I believe that it still mainly uses the MC’s viewpoint.
Ugh why do I keep recommending this one novel?? But from what I remember this one definitely matches: Love Delusion
