I would really appreciate some recommendations for HAPPY ENDING BL novels where the MC somehow died/ close to dying/ perceived dead/ without a cure but then came back to live? Ideally, they'd be "dying" in the presence of the ML (sorry, I'm weird like that). Blooming Romance Spoiler The MC gets diagnosed with terminal illness with just 3 months to live, so he prepared himself to die by enjoying the last of his days. Rented a callboy to enjoy a happy BL life which happens to be the ML who came by accident. They fell in love throughout the month of escort but MC leaves quietly cuz he knows he's going to die. Lots of heartbreaking moments and you'd read his struggle. ML finds out eventually through a letter after he's gone and mourned for years. Turns out, MC wasn't dying but misdiagnosed. And they cut each other's contact off ( or rather, they didn't leave any for each other because they were in a 'escort service' relationship at that time, so MC couldn't tell ML he was not dying in the end.
The Villains All Fell in Love with Me After Rebirth Spoiler the MC died sacrificing himself for the original ML. The MC, ML and the villains who witnessed this were all reborn and each one of them fall for MC. The dogblood in this is amazing, but it's not a completed novel.

Most of the ones I can think of only have a brief moment of uncertainty and it's quickly resolved (since I've been reading mostly fluff recently). How about Transmigrating into a Mob Character to Rehabilitate the Villain Plan (complete)? Spoiler I remember somewhere in the chapters, MC is died (his body is) and then he got transmigrated to his original world but he keeps worrying about ML and at some point got transmigrated back to the died body.
