Salutations! The only ones I can remember so far are Death Progress Bar and My Husband has Terminal Illness. It would be nice if the ML is also tsundere, but having terminal illness is the top priority. Thank you in advance for the recommendations-

Peerless (Wushuang)! MC has a weak body constitution because he was sick as a child, but his brain and thinking are on the next level. The MC and ML are so cute together as well. They banter, scheme against each other (some serious, later in the story kind of joking) and fall for each other. ML is super strong (also vain haha), but treats MC as equal and doesn't underestimate him because he know MC can and will get even with him. The translation is also 5 star quality. Highly recommended!

Same! I’ve been saving Thousand Autumn until translations are done though so I’m not sure if I’ve missed any references. I think there is a mention of the ML, but can’t remember where Based on what I’ve heard of thousand autumn, much less angst in Peerless though

"The disabled tyrant's pet palm fish" has a mute ML. It's not a terminal illness, but he is permanently (as far as I know... There's a system involved so no guarantees) disabled.
