I am trying to remember the name of a story where the MC is transmigrated into a senior bro who dotes on the protagonist in the original novel. The original novel is about the protag being a shou amassing a harem of dudes that come running to the senior bro for advice on how to chase him. Where the senior bro just says "oh don't worry about him being cold to you. try harder and he'll fall in love~" since he doesn't fall down the route of the orig. novel. Of course, the roles become reversed with the transmig. and the protag becomes the gong now and the MC is shou. The beginning chapters starts with the protag being poisoned and the MC has to suck the poison out of him while they are stuck in a cave. The protag keeps telling him to get closer and is suspicious about why the MC is not acting like before and is constantly distancing himself while they're stuck in a cave.
