I read this novel a while ago, but basically, it's where the MC's adopted sister had a system that transferred all of the love going to him (the mc) to her, so his family disowns him (and he's crippled now) but then he meets the ML and once MC's sister gets married, her system disappears- so know MC's family is trying to track him down to apologize for their past actions.
