The empire is gone and he has to survive alone in the body of a monster whom everybody wants to kill on sight. Meanwhile he encounters various pretty ladies (and elves) in need of rescue. Why It Should Get Picked Up: I've only read a little of it, but it takes its premise seriously and is also funny and charming in bits. MC is an ordinary man in the body of an huge, powerful and terrifying monster. He just wants to live peacefully but has trouble communicating with anyone. Due to circumstances he ends up making contact with and protecting a number of pretty ladies but misunderstandings ensue. Reading the manga, the highlights of the series are the MC's reminiscences on life in the old empire(which had a culture similar to the modern world), his commentary on the state of the world and how it's changed in the last 200 years, and his own personality quirks(Like his fondness for women with big tits).
