Forgotten Title Boy born with water element learn to be a healer (Found: Close Combat Mage)

Hello Everyone!

I read this novel (I cannot for the life of me remember if it was a chinese, japanese or korean light novel).

From what I remember about the plot: A boy is born with an a lot of water magic/element but his shunned by his village. His mother has to work hard to put him through school where he learns to become a Healer. He ends up becoming a very good healer and later on heals his sick mother. He has a side job making people feel better and doing beauty treatments for women (e.i. flush toxins, helps with weight loss).

Any ideas? I wish I could remember any names. Thank you in advance for any help.

Nah it cool, turns out the ruler of hell is a pretty chill guy that reads light novels.

This was actually a really interesting read, just because... your description isn't wrong, but it presents a wildly different understanding of the same story I know...

not really the plot has always been there to find his father on the greater trade route. it's just the intro and growing up period causes people to be dissatisfied with the story people tends to forget he's 8 when the story started i wasnt as half as bright as he was twice his age...

anyways when he loses everything he owns i start hearing people dropping the series left and right.

Close Comabt Mage might be the shittiest novel I've ever read.

The novel usually gets better when MC leaves home and travels to get stronger and stuff but CCM is the opposite

 

There is a reason why 20 people (And counting) liked the post telling you not to pick the novel back up

 

its better than Kuro no Maou IMO
