By the time the US government is done banning dangerous food,

Citizens would die without anything to eat.
Coz seriously, what the hell in this nature is totally harmless to you? EVen water can kill you if you have too much of it, heck so does oxygen.

But there is such a thing as common sense. It enables you to alternate your food daily and it keeps you away from certain items when you know that you are sick due to something.

Hell man, eating too much soda/cheese/milk /meat makes people obese, but us government don't ban these shiet. In the end, its about politics...
