This was actually a peculiar sci-fi comedy romance... Also, this is tweaked from the original, since nobody knew their intention was to breed with humans, and they were advised to just try and form relationships the natural way. It fell through because there wasn't much romance (or comedy). The aliens were just too alien for a bond to form, and my character was too practical and kind of a dick. So we never got to the really interesting world-building stuff, or the reasons why their government did what they did. We'll leave that out of this situation, though... They'd ensure you can't be unfaithful. Also, they have to look after their own citizens as well. Never forget that a revolution could kill them just as quickly as a disease~! Anyway, the point is what YOU would do, not what they'd do. This a pre-made scenario you can't change, you just need to consider it as a "powerless" party.
Spoiler fail. Actually we do need them. Advanced technology and well if you piss them off with excessive demands and or insults, it could easily turn from them asking for volunteers to conquest and being turned I to breeding stock for their revival.

Or at the very least started with fewer moral obligations (volunteers, uncoerced). Faithfulness isn't the issue. There are plenty of faithful, but loveless, marriages. Remember they don't need marriage, they need the fruit of it - faithless marriages are actually better for them than faithful but loveless! What I'd do is point out my arguments, customize a few hot alien anime chicks, then reap the rewards while watching them fly off into the sunset. So in a way, I am answering the question perfectly.
You'll just get passed over if you make too much trouble. Anyway, imagine this is all taken care of anyway. You have a motivation to be producing children (maybe they stop your money/healthcare) but this right now is your chance to say yes or no. It's not worth spinning a whole world for just this thread~!

I think the aliens would be safer on their ship or wiping out the humans and taking earth as their new eden, they'd get an uncountable number of health problems from mating with the genetically inferior human species that it would pretty much outweigh the benefits. Why go back to their shithole planet when mother earth is ripe for the taking?
Okay then, they can just kidnap a bunch of people instead of solving earths problems because that would be far easier and instead of trading they could just take what they want. They're a species which has the technology to travel through space, what could we do to stop them? I'm just being realistic here lol.
The answer is no for me, I could handle them having both genitals but having absolutely no say in who you're going to spend the rest of your life with is a deal breaker.

Surely there are blind people that wouldn't mind. And if their sight is restored then their sense of beauty could adjust accordingly with correct environment.
same tbh i won't mind marriage with children if i could get those kinds of supports... as for the alien thing...as long as he can satisfy me in bed, i would have no complain...either way, i can get orgasm by myself...so it's no deal breaker
