    i would rather have it stalled than reading the current novelsaga translation...
    read about 4 chapters after Walk the Jiang Hu (been waiting to binge read chapters till now) and it felt like reading it in LNMTL

    I remember TTNH being good haven't read it in ages tho
    is qidian version really that bad?
    Dosnt qidian only allow a certain quality in translation to be able to be a translated?

    @Qidian It seems that many readers aren't satisfied with the TTNH translation quality. Maybe get it re-done as TTNH is, or was, incredibly popular.

    You are not the first and will not be the last to say it. I already dropped the novel... If it is to read such a bad translation then I can go to LNMTL and read it till the end in one go...

    I keep hearing people complaining about Novel Saga's translation, and I don't get why.

    It ain't as good as it used to be, that's true. But the quality is still decent enough. I just don't understand why everyone has been freaking out over it. Am I missing something, or are you all really just being spoiled brats?

    The thing is the quality used to be insanely good. So you notice the drop.

    I dropped the novel after the sheer fall in the quality. What else can you expect from a translator who has never read the novel before and just picked it up because it was popular and he/she can make boatloads of money out of it??????? I have now started learning chinese to read it straight off the source.

    Yeah I don't get it either. Sure the quality may be bad and you don't want to read the translation but from where I'm standing it looks like a bunch of whiny entitled babies stirring up a storm. There are star ratings at the bottom rate the chapters 1 star, but to demand it be dropped because your exalted self is not satisfied is kinda overdoing it.

    I agree that the translation of NS is not at the same level of WTJ. Heck, WTJ was the best at the job except for the speed later on..BUT, the current translation quality is good enough for me. The story is consistent for me. In fact,a year back this would maybe have been called top notch TL. As long as Qidian is free,I am more than satisfied with NS doing the job.Yes,they got the project with a method I am not happy with,but looking at them as a TL team,they are doing their job.At least for me,I mean WTJ cannot be beaten.Lower your expectations people!!

    Yeah, for this quality I would rather read mtl. Read now in mtl and gain some cancer, or wait 5 years while gaining some just little less fatal cancer? Lol, only thing that makes me want to wait and read the little less fatal cancer is that I would like to "help" the author as a thanks somehow, even if just being some number in some count (that is probably what I can afford to do).

    i didnt expect qidian to hire a translator that is this bad, like dont mean to insult the translator but like everyone here said might as well read machine translations instead of this.
    Edit: also to the translator, if your translations make people want to go read raws through google translator then you are doing something wrong.
