I'm having a problem with this "power" that came out of nowhere. it didn't make sense. I was thinking if there is some kind of unique wordplay here(like something Japanese use locally).
He usually sits at a seat that can't be seen from the counter. (context should be more useful for more accurate translation) (my japanese grammar might be a bit off, but this is the best for me)
it makes more sense to look at it as all being katakana, yes. i had to check the katakana list since i am rusty in katakana hahaha 力ウン夕ー ka u n ta counter yup, since you said it is a library. then a library counter. maybe where the librarian usually seats?
