Yeah, sure as long as in that world I was fit and did my cardio. I would probably try to get a job or at least an identity first, eh I would've been a bit sad and distraught but after a few minutes or so I'll be okay.
The problem with using dreams or movies to explore these kind of scenarios, is that your brain did not have time to adapt to the new world in the few hours you were thinking about them. Then you go back to your original world you are living in, and your brain needs to think using the rules of that world. At the beginning, sure you will feel the same. But if you actually spend a few months in that world, your brain will change to fit in, and you can become someone very different. I think there is something called "culture shock", and people do adapt to that. So after that "culture shock", how you would behave is not something you can easily predict using your thought process before the shock.
