Resolved Cannot access Active Translations site. Need help

I have been trying to access the website but it shows a message saying that I am using a VPN even though I am not and says if I am not using VPN to contact them. I don't know how to contact them and don't know how long this problem will persist. Please help.
They translate Never Die Extra, Demon king, I became the First Prince, etc

 

I've had the same problem for the past few days now and it hasn't changed. I was planning to try and contact them but the page just says contact us and did not give me an option on how to contact them. I hope someone can get in touch with them and sort the issue out.
