Now that both Ashina and Chang Ge has found their tribe, how will the plot move? It seems like Ashina will go back to the Khan, which is rather suicidal considering the fight for leader seat. While Chang Ge... I even wonder if she would even tell her identity to her grandmother and uncle at all. Now, the story is rather non-romance focused, but I just hope they could somehow get together. Sail, my ship! Sail! I don't want to read another story where the mc only acknowledge feeling to each other and then goes separate way forever for their responsibility/country. It is great in term of story line, but my heart can't take another.
I read this story and it's so good. I enjoy it so much. The characterisation of the characters, their motives and personalities is really colourful. The political intrigues are well thought out and logical. The art is also really beautiful. Personally, I am unable to find any points in this story to criticise.
Aye. It just the translation is pretty slow, so I need to stack some chapter before start reading. If not my maiden heart can't bear the waiting period.

Princess Yong Ning (Chang Ge's royal name) does exist in real life, but record about her life is really little. She's one of the figure that is only mentioned in a passing, only appearing once or twice. Considering the Princess is later married to a general, and the empress is alive and well, I doubt that it was related to Chang Ge (choukakou). So while the setting might be based on Chinese history, all the character and event came from the author's imagination.
I'm getting the feeling that Chang Ge and Ashina Sun are going to meet again...on the battle field. Isn't Chang Ge's uncle rebelling against Ashina Sun's tribe?
Ashina was forced by the khan to attack her uncle's tribe, right? Whoa.. They are going to meet in the battlefield.... Everytime I see this got updated, I always extatic. There is no novel version of this, right?
It's happening. Change vs Ashina Sun. I wonder who will win this time, and most importantly, if they will met later in the battlefield (met in person, not exchanging battle tactic). I want Ashina Sun to ditch the Turks and join army with ChangGe, but the probability of that happening is pretty low. Unfortunately no. It's original manhua from XiaDa
I agree. He's pretty loyal to his 'father'. But I'm getting suspicious of that woman (princess from previous royal family; mother of the next tribe leader/successor?-something) smiling at Ashina's blondie friend. Maybe they're plotting something again, and who knows, Chang Ge and Ashina might band together again to fight them! ^^
Nah, pretty sure it's only the woman that's plotting something. Ashina Sun's advisor is loyal to Ashina, not to the Khan.
that black hair woman whose son is the big khan (correct me if his name is wrong) and his wife (correct me again if i'm wrong) are in cahoots to sow discord between khan and ashina sun. That black hair woman I had a nagging feeling she would be the one that cause the downfall of Tang dynasty, just like the prophecy thing in the beginning? Not Chang Ge, but her instead. Chang ge is the red herring.
