I've noticed this happening the past couple of days, I try to change my profile picture, and it doesn't show accepted or changed, but when I close the upload pop up and change to a new page, it shows the change (usually). So, the prof pic is actually changing, but the little pop up is acting screwy and not showing any changes or the warning if the pic is too large.
