this book is best seller in its genre on Ridibooks, i wonder the story so much, isn’t there anyone who read it

Read till chapter 41 and it’s so intriguing! Spoiler: A bit of spoiler MC knows ML is acting as if he cannot see. ML’s personality is the obsessive kind but one time, when MC fell sick and couldn’t even stay conscious, he made his personal guard splash water on her to wake her up to face his guest (political things going on). And the guest, is a disgusting guy who immediately commented on her beauty and lusted for her. He even excused himself saying he needed to relieve himself (?) but went to force himself on her. Someone commented, from what I saw in the comments in RIDIBOOKS, that this seemed like a deliberate move by the ML. Although he appeared and saved her from being raped. He punished him by cutting off his eyes and tongue (I’m not sure if I recalled correctly) and fed them to dogs. MC was sick for days and ML took care of her but he didn’t keep his hands totally off her (but he didn’t go further till the end typical R-19 scenes before real s*x starts). Then MC recovered and asked ML to save her sister from Miracle (the prostitute house) and initially ML asked that she cut off all her relationship with her sister and never see her again, and always stay by his side as his eyes until he gives his command to which MC refused and said if you can’t save my sister, I have no reason to be here anymore. ML was angry and said “how dare you… to me…” and then agreed to her request but on the condition that she became “another pleasure” to him. And that night, basically he poured all his desire like a mad man onto her, not even at the least considerate or anything at all (he doesn’t know why he’s so obsessed with her too ~).
