So I am translating the prologue of a novel I am currently working on. I'm estimating the word count will be over 20k since I have already translated quarter of it and I'm already over 6k.

Since its the prologue, would it even be okay to post it in parts? Because it will be a weekly release, I considered posting it in parts, labeled correctly, with each portion containing at least a 3-4k word count. I figured no one was going to sit and read the entire thing in one go.

Actually, that dividing depends on the translator. Some translator divided them cause having a super long one is really dizzying. While some for views? Anyway, it depends on you, bro.

But I bet you won't be able to translate 20k in one sitting, so I suggest you divide it.

Reading 20k is one page is okay.
But some device can't view that long, I guess.
