another bit more rare power would perhaps be. Power Power seeing eyes. Could see if people has abilitys or not as well as maybe a power graph like in Dragonball like the power counter. So might also be able to know how much one has cultivated up ones power perhaps? Especially good for keeping order and also as maybe teachers etc. Cultivation Perhaps one cant? or maybe make ones distance etc. longer like from 5 ms to 100 etc. maybe by trying to focus the energy on ones eyes like qi etc.
This is also exceptionally good for example as supervisors that go around every year in schools checking students since some might not know you have powers right? for example able to read every language / talk every language but because all languages are seen as his own and when he talks to someone from another country he doesn't notice he actually talks their language fluidly + when he writes. This is one of the powers that aren't really strong but could be an example to "hidden" powers. So if the Power seeing eyes can maybe with a more powerful version also understand the power a bit. like knowing it has with ones eyes, hands, muscles whatever. Or just seeing where the "Power Concentration" is located like all the qi is in ones dantian, eyes, brains, entire body etc.
I've always dreamed of having this power. Name: Fireburst Power: Can manipulate any forms of heat. Inside or outside his body. Can generate flames or fireballs. Cultivation method: To cultivate his power he needs to recharge his energy by absorbing tremendous heat from the sun on a daily basis. Character Traits: Quiet and Mysterious Villain, i want for him to have an underlying reason why he became a villain like he was once a good boy but he lost faith in humanity blah blah.

Cultivation Method: As the power is a constant, it can never really become stronger or weaker. But the holder can learn and utilize the power differently, there by learning thing like the distance between two points is not necessarily the shortest path or the most practical one. The Holder most important training is in the ability to clearly recognize different goals Strength: The holder so long as the holder is alive and able the holder can achieve any goal possible or impossible. Weakness: While the power grant the Holder infiniti of possible futures, it do not grant the holder any other advantage. As such if not utilized properly the ability can appear to be a curse, as the holder sees innumerable different paths to the same goal, easily making the holder indecisive as which is the best path. The major weakness is the effort needed to walk any path is not enhanced and can seem insurmountable long.

Cultivation Running with the ability alot and constant running training, the more the ability is used the faster and stronger he gets. Hero After being an Olympic runner champion for several times and getting tons of gold, silver and bronze medals he still wanted to come back even if he was getting old. He was lucky to be able to Awaken as late as he did and another ability not really thought about a lot is that he actually got younger towards around his early 30s (just look at wiki or something for char or just make it a gag/funny thing)

At even greater levels, she can make their lies true, though the cost of doing so is very high, and proportional to the degree to which reality would have to change in order to make it real. Cultivation method (this should be thematically related to the power): Lie without being detected. The bigger the lie and the more people who believe it, the bigger the power boost. She also gets some power when her lies are repeated and believed, though not nearly as much as if she'd told the lie herself. Hero or villain: villain Character traits: Disillusioned, charismatic, somewhat insane Why they are a hero or a villain: She hates people who lie, and because of her power, that basically means everyone. She also loves being around people though, so to be able to surround herself with people who will never lie to her, she wants to develop her powers, get people to say that they were incapable of lying, and then force it to be true. I assume she'd start off as an actor and work her way into politics later. Are you sure you don't mean Invisibility?
Name: Lady Power:Miracle. She can enact miracles. Heal an incurable wound, cure diseases, walk through an inferno without a burn, things that would be classified as a miracle are at her disposal. In the end, if she gets strong enough, she can enact miracles that would otherwise be impossible, bring someone that died recently back to life, restore lost powers, break the laws of the universe, etc. Cultivation: Live without enacting a miracle for herself. The longer she goes without doing so, the more powerful she gets. If she does use a miracle for herself, she loses about a level of cultivation. Anti-Hero Character: Cynical, direct, dislikes large groups of people, atheist, dislikes "people", friends with Sarah Yoon Has a cynical character that sees the world as a dull grey. Dislikes people in general. Hates to be around others and prefers to stay by herself. Ironically, she doesn't believe in miracles, yet has a power based around them. Is an anti-hero in the sense that she doesn't want to help anyone, but is dragged into helping others due to her only friend, Sarah Yoon, going around and doing so.
My antihero Angel would probably wipe the floor with him... Light Bending is a somewhat interesting concept, yes, light does not produce heat directly, heat is a transformation of energy into vibrations of some sort, but your villain seems to rely on light to get heat, meaning a person who controls light would put him in a serious disadvantage by removing all infrared light on the area where he is fighting, bonus remove the visible forms of light from his eyes to make him lose sight too, losing the source of combustible and power he would be a defenseless human, eh? how do you plan to spread heat without infrared light? maybe using the air as a medium? but it still has limits on how much heat can spread without dissipating like that, you might say Angel has no way of killing him but I digress, superhuman strenght, lets not count that, how long do you believe his stored power would last when there is no other source of heat? silly thing eh? death by freezing when being a heat user Ah yea Angel still has power in the night, he just can't use light as a weapon but stealth and depriving from sight and heat can be done I am not saying this to flaunt my dream power being better than yours *cough*, it just had the right affinity against it (well still he is probably invulnerable to Angel's strongest attack that is a ball full of light, well to be precise a ball full of compressed infrared light that does not let any light escape), but you should put into consideration some lesser abilities for times when his main power is blocked or limited if you are aiming for a proper villain, usually super strenght/agility is a must have if you don't want your char to die quick in a world full of unreasonable characters
Wow I am really speechless. Didnt think that someone would take this a little too seriously. But thank you for letting me realize that my dream villain is a chicken. Then i'd just go for a villain with a blood-manipulating power or some sort. Ah nevermind i'm sure you still have a counter with that. I'm just gonna keep quiet and have a taste of my shameful defeat.
This girl could become good friends with Angel I was just saying to add an extra power, like using heat to increase muscle, that way you could escape in a situation where you can't fight, I mean it is annoying when a villain appears just to be defeated easily because he was either taken by surprise or was shot with a gun (your chara can die by a gun fairly easy by the way...) I mean villains that do not fight might not need support type powers (like a corrupt politician with weak charm abilities needs no combat power) but villains or chars in general that fight do need support type (body strenghtening cultivation is common anyways) combat abilities, unless their main power is just cheaty...

Friend made him cosplay with her/him, and when he cosplayed there was some crime so he stepped up, people mistook him for a hero, and though he didn't want to continue, hero life dragged him back(friend got into trouble or vilian discovered him) so he had no choice.

It can consume the negativity of the person, having it gain more power and in turn having the person no longer able to feel emotion. For example, if a person was angry that day, it can have the anger become the only thing on that person's mind, leaving them incapable of anything else but anger. Then consume that anger(consume has a short range). Every aspect of this thing gets stronger the more negativity there is in the world. It gets stronger, faster, more durable, etc. Can sense negativity. Consume can only work if the person in question is no longer able to fight back. Cultivation: The more negativity there is in the world, the stronger it gets. Any kind of negative emotions, anger, hate, fear, disgust, dislike, etc. Villain Traits: Can adapt in a fight, instinct driven, has a human form as a default but can change accordingly, covered in shadows. Once human, this thing can no longer be called such. It's only purpose is to feed off negativity and kill. When the human first used the power they gained, the negativity of the world came flooding in, destroying their mind and leaving them incapable of anything else.
