If you are looking for legal outlets for BL, Danmei, and Shounen Ai materials, I think you're Shit out of luck. With the current Chinese government ban and purge on such materials, only illegal sites and maybe interweb archive sites will have some leftovers. You might get lucky if a site was owned, operated, and stored outside of China, but I wouldnt hold your breath.

I am looking for the legal sites so I dont accidentally translate a Qidian or Zongheng owned comic lol
I just need it as a reference
I know qq is owned by Tencent who own Qidian, so I am avoiding their comics

    Not 17k.

Im pretty sure they are their own company and just run this manhua site. They don’t do webnovels and aren’t part of the large online literature companies.

I kind of figured that's what you were doing as Qi and company shut down any who touch their products. However totally ignored my statement. I think you would have better luck finding sources that are not under Chinese control, as anything that is will likely be of little interest to your target audience.

On a side note, I sincerely hope you're not going to try to locate some of the Chinese authors and ask them to continue their work thrue your site. Short term gains might be great, but the long term consequences would be tragic. Namely because while you might be safe if it was found out, I highly doubt any author/artist would.

I agree. In terms of male targeted comics, it will not interest my target audience but I am translating for a female centric audience that prefers danmei novels.
I guess Taiwanese novels might be a better option moving forward for my Chinese translators to work on

Hard to answer. It's not uncommon for the rights to be shared across multiple platforms
