She fought with the guy and injured him. He escaped but also injured her. She ended up being picked up by some people who sold her to an old lady. The old lady bought her to be the wife of her grandson. The grandson turned out to be the guy she was fighting against in the beginning.

So she is saying that sentence to him. Here's the full sentence if that helps: 也罢,虽然你确实阴了我一道,算是与我结下了梁子,但我还是前天的那句话,我和你没什么深仇大怨

I'm not sure about this, but I think the meaning is roughly that even though it is true that he 阴了我一道 (hid things from her?), they can still be considered to have tied a bridge.

I will go and ask about the 阴了我一道......

Well, though you did sneak attack me and thus we’re sort of enemies, as I said the other day, I don’t bear a deep grudge against you.

I would say 阴了我一道 would refer to being back stabbed/did a disservice of some sort. 结下了梁子 would mean that there would be resentment between the two. So taking in context would be something like:

Although you did hurt me and there should be some bad blood between us, I stand by what I have said two days ago: I do not bear any resentment to you.

I can't think of a better word for the "hurt" part. you should replace it with something more specific based on context? Since from what you have described, there is no back stabby thing happening

阴了我一道 might be a typo, it's probably 阴了我一刀?

结下了梁子 means to mutually hold a grudge/become enemies/start a feud

Although 结下梁子 has another colloquial meaning, it's probably not applicable here.

Also, there is some sort of back stabbing occurring, not in the sense of betrayal, but more in the sense of a sneak attack.

EDIT: doodlebleh's answer is pretty ideal IMO, I don't even think there's a need to specify that it was a sneak attack, doesn't add much meaning as long as the earlier part was translated correctly

Yeah, the answer I got was that it means you got tricked or stabbed in the back.
