Question Chinese novels and Indonesia

So in a number of CN they mention al manner of countries. Japan, Korea, India, America, Germany etc. Why does it look like most CN novels, when they mention (I assume) Indonesia, call it Country A or even just "that country"? Did something happen there that I'm not aware of? Is it worse than Nanking, the reason the Chinese seem to hate/dislike Japan?

 

Author too lazy to research foreign country, especially those authors from country C.

So the Chinese are willing to mention Japan, after killing between 40k-300k people but they boycot a countries name for killing more of their own citizens than ethnic chinese? OK.

Yup that's it... Guess since history is mandatory every Indonesian that goes to school should know... There is an event in 1998 during Indonesian reformation where we kill Chinese... But whelps I guess we should even now they built illegal setlement in remote places and is trespassing into our border without visa... Chinese just can't control their population growth... Indonesian at the time hate Chinese because how they try to monopolize the market, even now the still monopolize most of Indonesian market, even most shop you see on the street are usually owned by them. They got a cunning mind for business I tell ya... With chinese people actually controling most of indonesian economy they are pretty much Indonesian too... We lived with them now... 4 out of 10 of my friend are chinese... My brother university even have a 6 out of 10 ratio of Chinese... Well considering he go to one of the most prestigious university and that most chinese are diligent in their study, I can't say I'm surprised... My point being even most of Chinese people in their homeland sees us as pretty much evil... Those in our land are beginning to be one of us... We play together as child and we fail exam together xD

back in the 60s and 70s when chinese people are poor and have nothing to eat (if you have any old friend in chinese you can ask this) lots of chinese migrant at indonesia sent back a lot of food and technology like radio and tv. those old people remember that indonesia is a great country but when 1998 happen. they started to despise indonesian. sometimes ethnic cleansing is worst than war itself. see what happen with rohingya.

 

Obviously... Sorry but I prefer English when online... Somehow reading novels in Indonesian is too cringe for me... Dunno why... Whelps born and raised in Indonesia used to live in Jakarta but moved to Bandung now... 1st year univ student(I quit telkom last year) , pretty lazy and stupid. Didn't like math but chose statistics as a major. Guess that's all about me...

I have a Mansion in the Post-Apocalyptic World, in the one of the most recent chapters to describe the geographical position of the fictional Pannu Islands.
God and Devil World, somewhere after Yue Zhong got dumped in Vietnam and made a short trip to "country A"
May be more, but I remember these two. Thought it was weird in GDW and it resurfaced in IMPAW.

- 2nd most searched term on 2017 in google Vietnam is about a Chinese wuxia/mary_sue tv drama (1st is about facebook login).
