Anyone know any Chinese to pinyin converter where the chinese would stay at the same place with added pinyin on top of it and we can click the word to get the meaning of the word (dictionary meaning) and it still got the original paragraph after converted?

I am not exactly clear about your requirements but amongst other on-line dictionaries, I find the Microsoft translator/dictionary very useful with its many permutations/settings. I believe many web-novel translators also use it because MDBG can tackle whole paragraphs.

There's something that is the exact thing you want (Mecab & WWWJDIC windows) but it only translates Japanese I'm afraid.
I'm also looking for the pinyin version.

But the pinyin is not fully displayed if you don't mouse over it. It doesn't even display two proper full words...:notlikeblob:

I used to use mdbg set in paragraph mode. You can plug several pages worth in at once.

And I also recommend the zhongwen google chrome popup dictionary.

I personally think it's best to study 汉字 more when you can! It'll make your reading faster and much more enjoyable!

I hate looking at pinyin so I fully endorse this! Nowadays, the only tool I use is the Pleco dictionary and it's a hundred times more fun than trying to fight with translations and/or pinyin.

I do hope that these tools are useful though.
