    If you are gonna go for mtl tags, then please don't mention them here. All tags of NU are having definitions which can be viewed by hovering the mouse over them. I have only heard of the ntr tag among what you said.

    NP should be harem/reverse harem. NTR means netorare, i.e., infidelity/cuckoldery. No idea about the others.

    NP is like harem, or more like the MC sleeps with lots of partners and there's no monogamy in the novel, unless specified.
    Rou is meat, which means there's descriptive scenes of sex.
    NTR has been explained. Not sure about HP, maybe something to do with lewdness.
