Stop visiting what you are trying to. If it's showing same every where clear cookies and cache. If even this doesn't work reinstall.

First off, is your IP even the same as it was three or four months ago? Depending on where you live and what service provider you have, that shit is likely to change every single day, forget months. Secondly.. are these the only two?

Third, do you know what IP address spoofing is? Google it. Even if that's your IP and it hasn't changed in four months, there's still a chance this has absolutely nothing to do with you.

If you use a router, turning it off and on again will probably change your IP address so that's not the most accurate determinate about having a virus And are you certain chromes the fault & do you have antivirus software installed?

*shrugs* The results are a little sporadic and the numbers aren't very high. If your browser had been "hacked" and was sending out spam emails, I'd expect, well, a whole hell of a lot more than that, and definitely not just two incidents - one four months ago and another three. C'mon. Tell me you've got a whole list of them and you just screenshot'd those two. Like, there'd better be one this month, at least. Otherwise what are ya even asking for? :blobunsure:
