What do we do with Swords now?

 

if swords exist with
Sword And Magic : remove
Sword Wielder : remove
alone : replace with sword wielder, sword and magic, or just remove if insignificant. leave any title you're not sure so that we can...dissect them >.>

for starters, let's review Magic Items. Do we really need it as a tag, if the world itself is magical? i can understand if it is unique, one-of-a-kind, artifact, or sentient, but if just labelling misc stuff then....

 

Huh? Anti-magic doesn't have Toaru Majutsu on it? Talk about weird.

Magic Items is useless IMO, I think it's safe to remove.

On another note, we should probably go after all "Items" tags later, there ought to be useless stuff on those.

 

yeah we could merge it with artifacts for now and go for an "item clean" later like @AliceShiki said. maybe change the name

We've got enough novels so its not a bad idea. I think like there's already 12 or so

I've only read the first four; as for the rest, I assumed they belong to this category because of their summaries/titles. All are under the [Sports] genre. Definition could be...

I think "E-sports" would be a better tag, I think people would assume "esports" is a typo on "sports" and remove it.

That said, it seems like a reasonable tag to me! ^^)7

• would it overlap or make the current MMORPG tag redundant?
• how do we draw the line between the two?
• do we split MMORPG ?
• should be retire Games ?

At the beginning of the article, so I think there should be no problem in using another spelling... Mainly because I never saw it written as esports, but... Oh well.

No, totally different, MMOs aren't E-sports. E-sports are more competitive and balanced (stuff like League of Legends, Mortal Kombat, Starcraft and the like are E-sports... World of Warcraft on the other hand? No way.)

E-sports are competitive games that directly involve competitions between players, MMOs are cooperative multiplayer games against the enemies, even if they do have Player VS Player content, it's definitely not the focus...

On the case of Novels... Well, any MMO is by no means an E-sport, so it shouldn't be too hard to distinct them.

I don't think we need to, it's good enough as is, and messing with it would probably cause trouble with the VRMMOs...

Possibly, do we have enough game-related tags to cover any game related novel out there?

Hmmmmm... At the moment I'm against it because I don't remember having many game tags... Can you list them out Run-kun!? >.<
