    There is, it's System Administrator instead of just System, which others has mentioned being too broad and vague. Administrator should be sufficient to imply that the System in question give task, reward or guide the MC in the story.

    Umm, so there is a tag that goes male lead falls in love first. However, it is not helpful at all when the novel is shounen ai or yaoi. Which male lead falls in love first? So I was wondering if there could be more specific tags like gong/seme falls in love first or uke/shou falls in love first.

    That's BL specific. If it needs to be changed, I'd rather it says Love Interests Fall in Love First.

    Oh, we missed that one when making stuff gender neutral?

    Sure, I think there is no reason to not make the change from Female/Male Lead falls first to Protagonist/Love Interest falls first.

    as someone who did not read BL, i get the impression, that in BL stories,
    male lead = protagonist

    was it not so? :hmm:

    i also get the impression that in general, gong/uke is the protagonist, unless spesified by Seme Protagonist. (which in turn makes him the male lead)

    the absence of MLFILF will, imply the opposites.

    therefore, MLFILF is actually works, no?

    also Love Interest Falls in Love First is not a good wording, imho. :sweating_profusely:

    Well... Not really? Both are leading characters.

    And even if not, a tag that refers to the love interest is also necessary anyway, so it doesn't change the need for it IMO.

    I think it would be good to have it, even if the wording is ugly.

    You and your short forms...

    If we're going the gender neutralized path, then that does need to be neutralized. When I see MLFILF in a BL novel, I think it's the Love Interest instead since short forms for the protagonist is usually MC which makes the love interest, ML.

    It's a mouthful, and too long, and kinda twisted (love interest in love), I agree it might need a better wording, but I can't think anything more clear than that.

    What i was referring to as a system, is where there is not necessarily game elements or level system
    I was referring to a system as a separate entity that in a way or another was bounded to the protagonist himself and it may issue missions, but it rewards the protagonist with points or staf or tehnics that are only available in the system itself from killing or practicing or from doing simple missions
    the things that the system may rewards may be from hat plane where the protagonist resides, or it may be from ower world or different books.
    as a description, here is a good one
    "The system tag may be used when the system is a completely different entity, but at the same time is bounded to the protagonist. It may, or may not communicate with the protagonist, and may or not give missions, but it must make the protagonist's life easier or heaven-defying"

    I just wanted to post this here as there are many stories where a plot doesn't necassarily fall into any of the list tags.
    My recommendation: Mofu mofu
    *I couldn't find tag recommendations so if the thread exist I will comment over there.

    I know what it is, but it’s not widely enough used to warrant a tag that’s going to be nonsense to most people.
