Cleaning up tags on NU

    Rather than tags, it would be better to just add it the series finder, "Chapters in COO" and "Completed in COO" in addition to "Releases" and "Completely Translated".

    For status of completion in COO there is a separate thingy. Please don't mix it with the tags list. Similarly,there is a separate one for completion of TL.
