    Happens to read it before it got licensed. It has an addition at the end of volume 3 of the WN.
    Makoto and the others with Princess Sofia and Prince Leo went on a vacation on a resort beach. The romance development of Sofia started sooner, in here, where Makoto wonders why Sofia didn't join the others on playing at the seashore. Makoto invites her, and Sofia mistakenly understand that he wants to see her in a swimsuit so they agreed on a secret meeting at night in the beach. After some time, Sofia decided to go back while Makoto says that he wants to stay longer. Makoto being Makoto, he decided that he wants to check on the Deep Sea Temple right away. Excited by travelling using the sea current, Makoto went a bit overboard, making the ocean rages a bit too much from the usual. Goddess Eir-sama somehow decided to check on the cause of the raging sea, and She descends for a brief of moment, slowing down time
    just like Noah-sama in the Fire Country
    Greeting Makoto, she only warns him not to go overboard before leaving him, continuing his journey to the Temple. After he get to see the Temple, he is again astonished by the sheer size of Leviathan alone. After chatting with Noah-sama for a bit, he finally decided to go back to the resort.

    That's as far as i read before i didn't notice that it has been licensed, removing all of the translation and leaving me not being able to read 1-2 chapters available after this one.

    I'm pretty sure Sa-san's sister died in the harpy attack in the light novel, so that is one thing. The author also said before that the adventure guild receptionist Mary would be a heroine in the ln and manga, so there might be more scenes with her there. But as for larger plot changes, I haven't heard about anything.

    which sister? Didn't she have like 5 or 6 sisters or more, and all of them died, including her mother? Except the one sister who betrayed them all. Or did the traitor sister die early?

    The traitor sister. She still hasn't come back up yet in the web novel. We only know she is in the demon continent. Considering the web novel is almost 9ver, her existence is pretty much forgotten. That is probably why they decided to just kill her in the ln/manga

    ah, that's a much better way to off her. If she is not forgotten I wouldn't be surprised if she turned out to be one of the the helpers of the witch or something.

    It seems to me that his godhood will be short-lived though. Either that or his mortal harem members pass that trial to become goddesses, the Stairway to Heaven or whatever it was called
