    Generally speaking, a person is very... powerful, powerful enough to do whatever he want, and it feels reasonable and cool… emmm, maybe so.

    It's really just a big combo of multiple adjectives to describe the CEO MLs.
    Mad, bully/arrogant, cool, dazzling
    Could be something like "Those kind of mad, arrogant but dazzling CEOs are the dumbest."
