    its describing how hes crying right? but i dun understand it

    The literal translation is tears flowed as though he was trying to drain all his money away. The key idea of what the author was trying to say was something like that xD

    Playful's translation is correct. I would use wasn't instead of didn't. The literal translation is actually to say that his tears are flowing down as if it's free. Like you know, leaving the tap opened and the water flowing down constantly.

    Yeah. The idea is that if something is worth money, there will be a limit to how much of it there is, but if something isn't worth anything, there's no limit. So, it's just a colorful way to say "endlessly".
